其实在复仇者联盟的众多超级英雄中，STARK是我最喜欢的一个，倒不说他是万贯家产
的高帅富，更加因为他是一个真正意义上的凡人英雄，和那个只会抡锤子的雷神完全不
在一个档次上啊！正因为是凡人，所以才有喜怒哀乐，才有愤怒和恐惧。IM3正是延续
复仇者联盟的剧情，讲述了STARK在经历了纽约一战后患上的焦虑症以后的事情。我记
得在前面的片子里面有人也问过STARK：“到底是你成就了IRON MAN，还是IRON MAN成
就了你”。现在，STARK一样想搞清楚这个问题。
和诺兰的TDK系列不同，IRON MAN3虽然同样在讲述一次自我救赎的过程，但片子拍的并
不会太过阴暗，因为STARK的犯贱是影片的亮点之一，在本片中同样不会缺少。当然还

发现大家喜欢的mizuno打球震手，估计水平还不够mizuno。试打了NIKE的cci forged
iron。差不多问题。但打cast CCI iron感觉还不错。不震手。
其他iron，calloway，TM的burner，R7 iron，感觉size都太大。不是很喜欢。RAC也太
笨重的感觉。
Ping的i系列，titleist也试过，也没有明显感觉。
倒是Idea的hybrid打起来也不错。但看起来太难看了点。
现在比较中意的是NIKE cci cast。我swing 速度一般偏慢大概70-80range，arm力量偏
小，在考虑graphite shaft。
我本来是打右手的。发现IRON距离明显不够。我原来是左撇子，但开始练球时候，同事
给了我右手球杆，还有理论说，phil michaelson就是右手打左手球。
后来就借了几根左手iron上range一试，发现距离马上就出来了。知道自己还是要老老
实实练左手。左手明显能用上力气。球也明显往前飞了起来。可惜accuracy一塌糊涂，
比右手差多了。就这么一直打下来了。其实也是难得打打。

终于可以拉开 ３IRON 和 ５IRON 的距离了。。。
然后马上掏出DRIVER， 第一竿就以很好的弹道上了最远的果邻。 突然觉得３IRON 和
DRIVER 的感觉很象。。。 ３IRON 真是对SWING 好坏的严格考验。。。只不过３IRON 对击中SWEET SPOT 的精确度要求更高
之前WEDGE ４０－６０ YARD 都打道 ２推的距离 ４SHOTS IN A ROW， 感觉不错。 但
是３IRON这种长竿还是要好几竿才能GROOVE上手。 WEDGE 是WEDGE， LONG CLUB 是
LONG CLUB。
３IRON 换成HYBRID， LOWER CENTER OF GRATIVY， MORE FORGIVING CLUB HEAD
DESIGN。 应该是更好打。。 。GRAPHNITE SHAFT 也应该远一些。 确实要换HYBRID。

重现了一下 ７IRON １８０ CARRY
有一竿高轨道看似垂直落下在 FRONT FRINGE １９５ YARD GREEN FRONT ， ABOUT
１８０－ １９０ CARRY。
有一点小斜向顺风， 低于步行速度。。。
感觉很SOLID 的感觉， 没有震手的感觉。 正常BALL FLIGHT WITH ７IRON。。。
不过给了 ７IRON １０多颗求才有这么一下。。。
MAYBE WITH A BETTER IRON SET， I CAN GET １８０ FROM ７IRON MORE OFTEN。。。
另外还没有DRIVER CARRY 过 ２５０的情况
７IRON １８０ CARRY 跟 DRIVER ２５０＋ 的CARRY 才相称...

I had my experience with different swing weight too. I lost my 8 iron at
some outing. at first, i was thinking to skip 8 iron, since 7 and 9 can
cover the distance anyway. turn out that was a big mistake. After finding a
used (almost new) 8 iron (same MP52) from golfsmith. I realized that club
got different shaft, and other setups. the pro shop told me, that swing

for short irons, the judgement of good or bad is how close to the pin;
for long irons, sometimes, people just pray the ball can get up and go
straight.
by all means, nobody would say long irons are easier to control than shorts.. |

seriously, I met the some question going back to last Fall. I used the
mizuno mx23 iron set, I found I can hit its long iron better than the shorts
. I was happy with that 'coz i know I have the right swing.
so u dont' really have to worry about that as long as u r sure your ball
flight is reasonable for those long irons. |

处。
虽然iron跟wood的swing plane不一样。但是人的core swing动作基本一样。
我们低手往往想着直接把球杆砸向球。导致了swing的不应该有的区别。
还有我们业余球手的身体状况不uniform。好久不打，身体很僵硬。
不过普通人真的天然swing wood跟iron有区别。我的一个球友就是天然的iron swing，
他的wood
就不太稳定。我想反，天然的最喜欢3 woods，iron sucks。

iron and 4 iron, if 3 iron is SO， then is 4 iron SO junior?
to me, 3 wood is much harder to hit well from the fairway, simply because

stick的锅子，看便宜就进了一口。
买回来一看，根本就不象cast iron,锅壁比较薄，所以也不重。我都开始怀疑不是cast
iron了，结果一用把我乐坏了！一点都不粘，炒鸡蛋比不粘锅还不粘，又不重，太适

下个周日（07/13) 登 Iron Mountain #1, 位于East Fork东边、Mt Baldy的西侧。计划早
晨9时左右从Heaton Flat的trailhead 沿Heaton Flat Trail/south ridge上山（如下
topo图中红线所示）。登顶后原路线下山。往返约17哩,
净爬升7000尺。需要穿长袖衬衫、长裤、高腰靴子、帽子、墨镜、防晒霜和驱虫剂、

upper end of Men's range. but ran into wall coming to 5iron or above. now i
could hit 3iron to 200-210 yards. but it will take a a while hit 3-wood to
240 and driver to 260 (about 240m)

My normal 7 iron carries 150 to 155 yards. Yesterday I went to the range, it
felt like a little breeze coming from rear right direction - probably
stronger up high. I watched my 7 iron shots passed 160y pin (elevated about
5 ft) with a great margin (probably 170 to 175 yards). My 8 iron landed
north of the pin and my 3h got in vicinty of a 215y pin. It felt great......
.As the sun set, the wind died down. I struggled to hold up |

我也有6 iron打出230来码距离的时候，风从后面吹大概30 mph至少。也有4 iron才
barely 172
码，而我同组的那些college players/pros 还不敢用 4 iron， 用的都是3 iron, 因
为面对的
是大概30码的风。
golf击球讲究的consistent, 测自己的球杆的距离，至少也打出10个球，看10个球的落
点均匀不，
才能给自己下个结论。 |

不过能常用３IRON，打出稳定的距离和路线， 那SWING 的确是要很好。 毕竟３IRON
是最难打的IRON。 tom watson said he started range practice with 3iron, to
see if he has good swing on a particular day.
OVERALL， 我觉得３WOOD OFF TURF 是最难打， MARGIN OF ERROR 要最小。

发帖数: 3322 | 49 昨天晚上第一次去看了所谓首映式，半夜三更的。进到电影院里面，果然几乎都是年轻
人，大学生，teenage，乱哄哄，吵吵嚷嚷的。怪不得去年电影院枪击案，受害的都是
年轻人，因为也是”Batman “的首映式。只有年轻人才会那么迫不及待地去追电影啊
，我也年轻了一回。
“Iron Man 3”号称今年的大片，但我兴冲冲地跑去看，回来却感到很失望，为我花的
电影票钱不值。如果说Iron Man第一部还很好看的话，第二，第三实在是一部不如一部
。Iron man之前能吸引人们的眼球，一是小罗伯特.唐尼的精湛演技，二是里面的各种
高科技，三是扣人心弦的剧情。而 ”Iron man 3”除了有唐尼一贯的搞笑，装酷以外
，其他方面简直不值一提。剧情还停留在60年代，没有任何出彩的地方，让人看了形同
嚼蜡。一点高科技都没看到，披上那身盔甲，一个个就成为无敌战士，问题是
Halloween的小孩也一个个披着盔甲呀。其中有一个地方让人难以理解，主角被压在海
里的大石头地下，机器人拽着他的手就把他直接拉出来，我心里想，这么多巨石压着，
拉的时候难道他的手不会断吗？
