两个软件，总共4个rebate表格。
都寄往同一个做rebate的公司，只不过是不同的department。

同一天寄出，结果norton的没有问题，现在已经拿到rebate了
IOLO的那两个居然都miss了。
两周前找那个rebate公司的客服，客服叫我把复印件寄过去，重新做rebate。
结果他们上周末收到了rebate，然后被告知一个rebate是valid的，另一个不是valide
的。
其原因就是UPC code不是original的。
我今天去找他们理论，他们怎么都不肯给我那笔钱。
刚刚我仔细看了一下rebate表格，才恍然大悟，

continuing. I will update to my usual standards no later than Saturday.
