初步电话咨询了解到，他们的服务叫Fidelity Portfolio Advisory Service，貌似和
其他公司的账户的不同之处在于：这个Service下面可以有多个、不同种类（Tax-
sheltered, general inverstment, etc.）、不同管理方法（Taxsensitive, etc.）的
账户，不过应该都是discretionary account.
年管理费Between 0.25% and 1.7% of your eligible assets invested。资产超过
250K会配一个Account Executive和一个dedicated Portfolio Specialist.

Finance). Since I am a female and someone told me that Investment anking is
not suitable for female since it is so hard in terms of working hours and

而在scottrade或firstrade这样的supermarket开户基本上你可以选择virtually any
fund.
一个是资金的liquidity，401K和traditional有很多限制，earlywithdrawl会有penalty.
roth要灵活得多。所以一般投资顺序是：
1. 401K up to company's maximum match
2. roth/traditional
3. 401Ｋ or other taxable inverstment accounts.

因为我的freedom积点比较快，一般每笔10 pts加上UR mall里经常买。。。基本都是5%
以上。。。但毕竟有些category cover不到。。。
不太想轻易损信用去申新卡。只是想申请些经典卡。。。还是对里程/酒店的点比较感
兴趣，或者二手版卖的点数。。。
FIA我有考虑，不知道和他家的inverstment搭配有没有优惠。如果reward只是现金是不
是有点亏了。。。曾经很白痴的把freedom的三万点换成了三百块。。。 |

果现在还没post，file了3次 service requests。 结果上个月我打电话说它们inverst
了，我都qualify，没问题，但是它们citi没有AA的mile了，它们要去朝AA弄mile，然
后弄到就给我。 我又苦等了一个月到今天，还是原话，还说什么时候citi能弄到AA
mile也不确定。 这是要赖账吗？这一个个月的还付monthly fee呢 诶！
有什么办法？ BBB吗？ 有人能确认下5月29号到现在有人收到过AA bonus mile吗？有
的话citi就是胡扯了 |

My LD went back to China recently , and told me that housing price at
Shanghai keep rising right now. He saw one house of 50MRMB, it jump to
60MRMB in one week later. Of course we can not afford this kind of house.
The point is that the expensive house is getting more expensive at a much
higher rate. |

The qualitative investment is subject to financing because management does
not have money on hand, so management cannot count the quantity. They
consider the investment to see if it's worth of fiancing. Manement, on the
contraray, uses discounted rate for NPV to consider an investment, which is
more about quantity desirable investment.
