2015年3月份的2类排期是:2010/9/1.
2015年4月份的2类排期是:2011/3/1.
4月的inventory，as of 4/1/2015里2010/9-2011/4年人少的主要原因是统计时间短。
即使是2010/5/1-2010/9/1日的485数量，也只是统计了一个月时间。
有些ID即使C了，也没有及时在3月交，可能都是在4、5月才交。

如果EB2已经交了485再降级，那应该算在EB2里面。如果EB2先降级了用EB3的140交了
485，那就应该算在EB3里面。14年降级的大部分是属于后者，也就是算成了EB3
inventory，但是最后从EB2拿卡走人。
