四月份的Inventory是EB2 - 4446, EB3 - 2986
说明一月份到四月份EB3的demand增加了2000多，考虑到降级人数的曲线是加速上升的
，从这份inventory到现在又过去了1个月，估计又增加了1000～2000，再算上5月份即
将递上去的，肯定超过4000甚至5000了。
看分布的话大量的demand还是集中在11年底和12年初，所以到了新财年估计很快会前进
到11年底。 |

Demand是按批准的I-140当前来估算的I-485和CP申请。Demand应该高于Inventory。
Demand=k*(Approved I-140)=I-485 Inventory + 未交的但可以交的I-485 + CP
k是移民局的一个系数。比如2.2（配偶、子女平均值）

仅有的数据了。我的前提假设是2010年的数据较为准确，2009年后半年的数据较为准确
，如果你认为这个前提不成立，也不用往下看了。
我看了2014年和2015年1月的几个inventory，2010年1月，2月，3月，4月的数据比较稳
定850-870之间浮动。2009年10月，11月和12月的数据还算稳定，3个月总数（扣掉10月
第一个星期估算）在550上下浮动。
2014年9月排期是：2009.10.8
2014年10月排期是：2009.11.15
在这个财年开始计数之前：库存待批的老PD（2010年5月前）总数在1400-1500之间个
visa（姑且认为2009年年10月8日之前的EB2全部批的干干净净，一个不剩）
timeline上的2010年5月前的EB2是135个family，算用掉270个visa
timeline上2010年5月之后的EB2是140个family，算用掉280个visa
截止到2015年6月底是过了本财年3个季度。为了好算，咱们算用掉3/4财年配额，也就

EB3人数少了很多

这几个月的485 inventory 4月比1月减少了不少。对照同期的visa bulletin，EB3只是
从11年3月前进到11年1月，EB2从10年2月前进到11年4月。按说11年8月以后的人不应该
在这个期间拿到卡的。为啥人数减少了那么多？
是很多人丢掉了工作？或者跟着配偶拿了卡？或者海龟了？
谢谢各位的回复。原来EB3曾经在23月到过11年oct 22，这样可以解释aug到oct的减少
。但nov inventory的减少还是有点想不通 |

大家报timeline只是inventory的一部分，某种程度上来讲可能会误导。

听听illli是怎么解释的，哈哈
有一点令人欣慰的是2013年数量目前看来并不多，只有2600，12年10月之后的也没有
1000那么多。
USCIS的糊涂帐肯定会理清的。2类这个财年到13年真的不是梦。
另外就这样的Inventory，三类还比二类慢只能证明移民局是在故意压着三类。然而移
民局坚持不了多久的，哈哈哈哈哈 |

发帖数: 2337 | 10 我记得12年排期曾经到了2010年5月，很可能10年和11年的PD觉得自己很快就会current
，于是就懒得出钱出力降级了，使得那时降级的主力是12年的PD（这部分人后来又
relink到EB2，得以在去年交了485）。这也就直接导致了MacAther在下面说的”8月和9
月的时候，很多PD12年的232绿了，当时版上有几百个报绿的，都反应在10月的
inventory上了“ 而很多10年和11年的PD是今年才交485的。直到这个月才有大量的10
年和11年的PD开始绿了，这是刚出的inventory反映出的结果是一致的。
我觉得10月份的inventory不能说不靠谱的另一个原因是：移民局那帮人不至于比猪还
蠢吧，即使训练猪来做这个事情，训练了这么多年，即使给出的结果有点儿水分也不至
于相差十万八千里吧。 |

，确实有一批10，11的PD7月后才交485，但不至于那么多，从版上绿的情况可以看出来。
现在问题是新一个月的VB不前进了，貌似奥本多少看了下inventory，或者inventory已
经变成demand，那就悲剧了。。。 |

幸亏奥本不看Inventory。也许他之前是按照USCIS的数据来定排期，但是这几个月来，

很明显真要current了，
EB2每年起码近3000库存。
2010PD从去年三月才开始快速前进.
移民局数字可能有些延误/调整，
还有就是交表晚,
造成7月inventory不如10月多。
今年1月的inventory也比较可信，
不知道你为什么都非要选择7月人少的来相信。
看趋势：
就是2011年底之前有4200左右库存。

会不时用人去清点inventory。Cycle counting这个学过inventory management的都知
道吧。Walmart也会定期让员工清点库存看是否和database数据match，如果USCIS每个
quarter派人清点485库存一次，这个应该没啥好惊奇的。毕竟database的数据一直在那
，如果只是调用database数据根本不需要一个quarter出一次数据还跟便秘一样。这个
quarterly inventory数据肯定有人工清点的contribution在里面，但至于他们到底是
怎么数数的，是人工结合电脑，还是一个一个package数那就只有内部人士能告诉我们

通过比较10/2016和1/2017的485 inventory，得出以下结论：
1. EB2 的2012数据似乎不靠谱，1/2017 EB2的2012反而多出来600多，没道理，所以无
法预测EB2.
2. EB3似乎比较靠谱，2014每个月降级加原装稳定在170左右。
3. 1/2017的时候2037个EB3，加上假设海外300CP, 然后4/2017放水至8/15/2014，170
×3.5months = 595, 而1/2017到9/2017，假设EB3再绿200x9=1800, 那么截止9/2017，

共4300+。
当时的VB是2012年9月。但接下来的5月开始VB就停止了，然后6月内部U，直到去年年底
才又恢复到当时的VB。
所以我猜从去年4月到今年1月2012年的就没绿多少（从2016年5月到今年1月EB2总共报
绿才85个，而版上的共识是PD越老的ID报绿的越少），而且12年PD的EB2开始14年降级
窗口太短，后来又没有太强的降级动机，所以相当一部分还是绿在EB2里。
这时看10月的inventory，显然too good to be true了，中间U了4个月居然2012年的PD
还能少掉1000多，所以我们推翻这个月的数据不看，直接看1月份的。
这样看的话，1月份inventory里2012年的2070加上“史前”的974还是比较make sense
的。不过如果这样那EB2的形势还真是很严峻了，现在估计剩下的这2000多2012年的PD
就把今年的EB2吃满了。2013年的PD们降级还是王道，即使靠前月份的也不好说这个财
年能到啊！ |

但比例不可能太高，现在uscis对eb2-3 降级应当比较熟悉了， 重复计算可能性也比较

处理了，碰到排期刚刚c，就绿了，不用在demand里面呆。
不过争论二排是inventory还是demand没有太大意义。这两个基本就是时间来转化的。
