Post-AIA之下，你可以单独指定Applicant，inventor可以被你指定为applicant。
你比较一下前后两个版本的Application Data Sheet就能看出来。
嗯，你可以理解为，AIA的精神就是“能file的赶紧file，别给老纸拖拖拉拉没完没了
！”然后为了让大家能赶紧file，于是就降低相关要求，例如你找不齐inventors神马
的没关系，applicant也能file。没有inventors签字也没关系，给你各种其他方法让你
省了刺头inventor的签字。 |

发帖数: 1761 | 4 这个我感觉是算法问题。Google这种算法和caching的体系应该很复杂，有一些联想，
比如American inventors，常常是African American Inventors这个搜索的子集，那么
当搜索American inventors的时候，就自动把African american inventors的结果load
出来了。我们在Google搜索里面经常会看到类似的一些的情况，特别是短搜索，出现各
种不同理解和联想的概率很大。
相对于American这样组合能力更强的词，如果你搜USA inventors，结果就正常。
我觉得Google不会手动改这个结果。而且是这样一个孤立的事件，如果到了人工干预这
样的修改结果的程度，那其他方面的表现应该也会有 |

是昨天我不小心看到了一篇新闻文章，才惊讶的发现其实最早做出来的，有可能是
Wayne State University的潘卓华。虽然他的投稿时间和Deisseroth的类似，但是因为
他是一个没有什么名气的学者，而且他的文章包装得不对，所以他的文章被百般耽误，
最后比Deisseroth的晚了一年才发表。
在2004年底潘就做出了和Deisseroth几乎一样的文章，除了用的细胞略微不同：他做的
神经细胞是从视网膜分离的，而Deisseroth 做的神经细胞是从大脑分离的。然后他把
文章陆续投向Nature, Nature Neuroscience,Journal of Neuroscience，却统统遭到
了拒稿。然后大半年之后，也就是2005年8月份，Deisseroth 的文章发表在Nature
Neuroscience上。潘得知之后，心都凉了。

发帖数: 30 | 7 前天刚通过patent bar考试。没有及时预约时间，导致只能拿到下午1：30开始考，一
直考到晚上才考完。考前出电脑故障，我的patent bar考试调不出来，换了一台电脑也
不行，前台人员打电话给技术部门，我问是否有人来修说没人会来，我心说完了估计要
回家了因为没有技术人员来但是前台的人看起来不懂电脑比方说她直接按电源键强行关
机怪不得电脑会出故障，但是我到月底就过期了，还得重新申请考试资格重新复习熟悉
等等。在烦躁加沮丧中等到快两点，忽然又通知考题能调出来了，赶紧进去坐下开考。
上半场考得不好，情绪受点影响，但是主要原因是开始不太适应，而且题似乎更难些。
下半场感觉很好，感觉命中率很高。版上有人说高频题很多，但是我的高频题比较少，
只有10到12道，总体而言难度比旧考题难一点。
我开始用一个旧复习材料，孤陋寡闻的我后来才知道有新的statute，又上ebay买了
2014年的PLI。开始是两眼一摸黑，到靠前突击准备最终顺利通过，前后花了不到150小
时。我从这里获取过一些有用的信息，所以也分享一下经验作为回馈。希望本文所谈的

The good news is that your PI gives co-authors' credits in patent
application, the bad news is that you only want to include yourself and
your boss on the patent :)
Again, there is no such thing as PI in patent, only goes by inventors.
Your boss, as the PI of the funding, research and publication, has major
say who will be listed as inventor. Good luck with your negotiation
for authorships and inventors. |

It does NOT matter if you are the inventor / innovator or the copier, it only matters
how good you are when running a business. An inventor who runs business in a
less efficient way will lose, so will a whole bunch of copiers. Thus, being

他们会去和大学的专利办公室讨论协商ownership以及谁来file这个申请
关于谁是inventor，要是看谁想出的idea，至于谁提供什么器材谁做了实验都不重要。
根据你的描述，你和你老板应该是共同inventor，美国专利中所有inventor的权益是均
等的，不存在第一第二作者之说。而且这和谁对专利有ownership没有直接关系。
还有就是你提到你的工作已经被用来申请课题
这个情况最好也要让双方的专利办公室知道
因为你向谁申请课题，申请材料被什么范围的人看到，都会影响你专利是否能被批准 |

royalty. Usually the money will be divided evenly, but it can also be given
to any inventor the biggest share as long as all the other inventors agree
on this. You should receive a letter of distributing money among inventors,
and you will be asked to sign and agree on this letter. |

you. Whether the contribution of a certain paerson qualifies him or her as

Can the Examiner use a non-prior art article as the secondary reference to
fill the gap between X and X+Y.
1. ODP is still talking about Obviousness. The examiner still needs to
establish a prima facie case of obviousness with prior art which does not
include the inventor's own academia article within one year.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark -- Danish divers found the decapitated head, legs and
clothes of a Swedish journalist who was killed after going on a trip with an
