incision from the chest or axillar to put scope in under the skin to operate
in the neck, which I think it is pushing too far. her nodule needs surgery,
if suspect malignancy, I don't know go for "minimal invasive is such a good

好比epidural，那也是往脊椎里打药，invasive啊，副作用并发症一大堆，几千年妇女
生产都没止痛都照样生孩子，怎么不说应该拒绝这种invasive的手段呢。
我觉得现在手术确实有风险，术后感染粘连等等，对于年轻健康女性，不见得比SVD好。但医学是在发展的。关键是要评估风险，顺产的危险会不会超过手术。比如现在妇女生育年龄普遍提高，顺产的风险增大，而医学在进步，手术的风险会降低，到了某个平衡点，也许手术就可以取代SVD。不是所有人都应该剖，但手术指证应该与时俱进的修改。我觉得现在的文献低估了顺产的危险，像蒙古大夫说的，脐带打结没有被算在可以预防的顺产风险里。 |

I attended an webinar by NCCN on adjuvant therapy for NSCLC pts and asked the case. The presenter is leaning towards using adjuvant chemo therapy. I am still collecting more openion on this. My mom will have first first follow up CT in Aug. I guess (guess only) if obvious disease progression were seen, chemo should be used. I still have the hope that if she can rest well and build up her immuine system, she will be able to keep the cancer in check.

MaterniT21 test or Harmony test or Free cell DNA test. It only requires
mother's blood to check for baby's DNA.
Because it is non-invasive so it is another option.The risk is much much
lower than amniocentesis with 1:200 miscarriage rate.
However, it is not a diagnosis test which just screening.
