如果能开发出合适的的sensor(这个和生物可能关系不大 但是别的学科肯定有人做)
我觉得纳米机器人也可以是non-invasive的（至少对细胞）
纳米机器人其实用纳米技术就可以了
本身不一定是纳米级 可以是大型的微米级
如果纳米技术/电子技术更加成熟的话
一个non-invasive的微米级机器人
可能是最终的解决方案
等到 用这种大型机器人解决invasive的问题以后
小机器人就可以进入细胞了

epi确实有风险，有一个就是造成宫缩力量不够，产程延长甚至顺产失败。但是如果说
invasive,那也得要看强度，说道invasive,那么iv access,催产素都invasive了，对不
对。什么都不用，那是natural birth。有的人确实是完全natural的，什么医学措施都
不要。我并不提倡那个，也不好评估正确与否。epi的创伤和手术比完全是两个概念。
好。但医学是在发展的。关键是要评估风险，顺产的危险会不会超过手术。比如现在妇
女生育年龄普遍提高，顺产的风险增大，而医学在进步，手术的风险会降低，到了某个
平衡点，也许手术就可以取代SVD。不是所有人都应该剖，但手术指证应该与时俱进的
修改。我觉得现在的文献低估了顺产的危险，像蒙古大夫说的，脐带打结没有被算在可
以预防的顺产风险里。 |

1, Hilter himself can not bring the miracle of German economics recovery in
1930's. The true cause is U.S. was funding him to bring a hostile and
powerful Germany back, in order to launch a war against USSR and British.
