available，让我再试试看。可是清了cookie，换了别的rewards卡依然同样说另外一个
gift card invalid，这是系统问题还是我的卡有问题？有别人出现这个情况了吗 |

UPC只有一个啊
刚收到email说已经收到我的rebate了，我去查那两个track number
1)Status Detail: Your rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing.
2)Status Detail: Invalid.
Invalid Reason: Missing Proof of Previous Ownership
Missing Proof of Purchase or Email Confirmation
这第二个怎么办？还需要我再寄一次copy吗？
还有另外一个NORTON也做了rebate，跟前一个同时寄的，却还没查到状态 |

it was because of many rebates I submitted previously. I only did one
submission per promotion number. They said it exceeded household limitation.
This center is in charge of symantec rebates. They counted my symantec
rebates and said I had more as well. Will they invalidate my symantec
rebates. It will be a much worse disaster.
Suggestions???

但是一点checkin就显示a valid ticket coupon is not available.
在和客服联系没有结果的情况下，我直接去了机场，ua agent在和support desk联系了
20多分钟后确认是里程除了问题，the mileage is not authorized。这个里程账户的
情况就和miragedeva介绍的差不多，估计账户持有者和ua有过联系，所以mileage的使
用变成unauthorized.
ua agent说既然ticket invalid,我如果要登机就的要重新买票。因为原先reservation
confirmed,所以位子也一直保留着，我只要rebook就可以继续原来的行程。我没有办
法只得同意，但是一直argue说，在订票后的两个月里没有收到ua的通知，所以ua给了
我一点discount.
agent动作很慢，再加上我的情况复杂，5点的飞机我到了5点才拿到登机卡。幸好agent

试了两次,都显示invalid coupon,最后同一单,我用了他给我的第二个coupon,顺利通过.
我随及联系他,告诉他第一个coupon不能用.
他好几天都没上线,上周4好容易上线了,跟我说让我清cookies.
我回信说不是cookies的问题,否则第二个也不能用.
然后他就一直没上线,直到今天,他说不能因为我说不能用他就退我钱.
这期间,在周六coupon有效的最后一天的时候,我又发信给他说最后一天了,请他帮解决
一下.
可是他明知他卖给我的coupon有问题却一直不上线帮我解决.
今天终于上线了,不同意退钱.我没办法才发帖请大家评理.
其实也没多少钱,只是心里不快,吐吐槽,请大家给提个解决办法. |

一上来她说看到我简历上的一篇测试自动化的文章，读了一遍，感觉"very
informative"，让后让我介绍一下相关经验。让我小高兴了一下。
第一题是coding，做的还算顺利，后来她评价说所有的cases都覆盖到了。可能算是过
关吧。
第二题我想复杂了，然后在她提示下才解决。自我感觉很不好。其实sort一下就差不多
了，不过我往复杂的树结构想去了。虽然树结构确实能解决这个问题，不过当时我解释
得很不清楚。反正很不爽。
最后瞎聊时间，她说我提到的测试自动化实践和Google内部的基本完全一样blahblah。
。。，不过我觉得这点也算不上加分吧，是个人进google一段时间后都能学会。就怕她
觉得我想问题太复杂，直接negative。
大家有啥建议想法？？
