amex spg如果enroll premium car rental protection应该就不用买任何其他保险吧？

给租车公司多交15块钱多加一个driver，只要额外的driver是副卡持有人 24.99 40天
的保险全包了？limit100000
这样如果想租车7天左右，每天需要2人开车的话，把另一个 driver加到租车公司合同
里要15*7刀，但是把另一个人加为副卡持有人的时候岂不是24.99保两人7天保额还是
100000，不用加副卡持有人到租车公司合同里就能俩人开车了吗?

我跟租车公司买了Liability。但租车公司说Liability是involve两辆车的，我的case
不算。我还买了American Express 的 Premiun Car Rental Protection。Premiun Car
Rental Protection是不cover tire的，但是还包括Wheel就不知道cover与否了。
我拿到车的时候就看到车的屏幕显示Tire pressure low。但是没注意，第二天就漏气
了， 租车公司说你当时没有说，就算你的责任。这种case该如何处理。谢谢。
