暑假3个月期间在加州用full-time CPT做intern
秋季学期在IL学校用part-time CPT来做part-time intern(暑假加州的那个公司)
当然，秋季学期每周工作总时间还是维持在20小时
我12月份又去加州工作了，用OPT，在另外一个公司
问题就来了：
1. 我秋季学期的part-time intern收入算不算在IL的收入？
2. 暑期实习的收入是算加州的，还是IL的？

intern的offer准备用CPT去intern，所以准备extend I20，延到秋季毕业。
准备6月回国一趟反签，担心被问为啥延期（超过两年时间才毕业），而且暑假还要

我的情况是，reorg的新闻宣布，大家都申请internal的position，我internal申的第
二选择，被老板挑上了，但是一谈发现工作实在boring，对我成长毫无益处，而且还要
搬家（尽管现在又说可以不搬了，但我实在不信他们）。换句话说，他们不懂我们这块
东西，把老板都裁了，但是希望懂这块东西的人留下，事实上现在进行技术整合后，就
是我我现在对他们是宝，过个半年就是草，我懂的这块东西没有用了，我就要去学他们
平台上的东西。我就觉得，如果都是重新开始，我干嘛跳老坑。
但是我担心他们给我internal offer，我拒的话，是不是severance package就拿不到
了。请问怎么处理这样的事情。我大概的理由是this job is quite different from
my expectation. somehow it downgrades my skillsets, and limits my future

半年那么久，这种情况下可以先在该公司做个parttime 工作比如intern啥的吗，这样
不算违反J visa 不可以多重工作的限制吧？另外，intern是不是公司不会给任何形式
的薪水呢。 |

长到6个月 （co-op).公司是中部柴油发动机公司。
做和emissions相关的测试（主要是real time particulate matter相关的）。对技术要
求不是很高，来了以后可以现学，可是上头希望可以很快上手。
个人建议：
1. 最好有工程背景，evaluation过去以后需要更深入的分析；
2. 能跟工会的人（technician)合作，有时候需要晚上做实验，可是早上晚来或者不来
就是了，对intern比较灵活。做实验也是technician做，intern只需要看着自己的设备
数据采集没问题就好；
3. 把这当成是一个找工作的机会。明年我们公司只招190人，据说150都是08年的inter
