小弟申请OPT 被deny了。求建议。 被拒的原因是mail material的时间和学校issue
new i20的时间超过了三十天
咨询一圈，只能重新 apply, 我目前还在60天的grace period；这次只能飞回学校跟
internationa office 的人一个一个字的对照，然后经过他们肯定才寄出去；如果这次
再不成功我就得离开美国了；
我目前是有full time job的；老板只能让我停下来；他表面上是愿意等我的；但是如
果需要三个月（到12中旬）才能拿到OPT，我不知道老板是否真的愿意；所以我想加速
，不知道大家有啥经验；
0. 通过USCIS 加速，这个我会做，但是前一次要求加速被deny了；估计这次效果也没
有用；
1.通过congressman 和senator加速；之前我有打过电话，对方让我等两周再答复；我
有个问题，我的学校在田纳西，我的工作在纽约州，我是应该找田纳西的senator还是
纽约州的senator？

I had my 100K miles posted.
For a round trip between NYC and SFO by AA, it will cost 25000 miles plus $
10 fee (Taxes, fees, charges and surcharges* per person)
For a round trip between SFO to PVG, it will cost 50000 miles plus $217.32
fee.
It only gives JAL option online.
For a round trip from SFO to CKG (Chongqing), it costs 50000 miles plus $141
.58 fee. Cathay Pacific/Dragon Air stop at HK.

然后就没消息一直到8天后，到中国了。

０１９表和I－２０表的截止和开始日期连不起来，大约有１个月的gap，所以在版上发
贴问大家是不是会有问题，当时有的说没有问题，有的说有问题，现在终于弄清楚了。
经过我询问过＞４的internationa office specialist，结果都是只要在J－１的DS２
０１９表过期之前file上去并且确认USCIS收到申请package就没有问题。特反馈回来，
