海鸟为什么让 Kearse 跟 Lockette 站成前后一线而不是常见的左右平行？
因为这个 play 的设计就是让 Kearse 主动 engage Browner，
让他不能扑向真正准备接球的 Locket。说白了，Kearse 要做的就是 block。
但是，如果球还没被 receiver 接到，别的 receiver 不可以先 block defender，
会被判 offensive pass interference (本场拍子就这样吃了一个)，
所以 Kearse 还得装装样子，显得自己是在跑 route 时跟 Bowner 撞上的，
他装得其实很不好，手上动作那么多，裁判若是偏袒拍子判他 OPI，恐怕他也只好
认了。
就算裁判没判 Kearse OPI，Browner 在五码之内有权 jam 他，怎么可能是
判 Browner PI？ |

，我还真以为张锋取得胜利，可惜UC的Doudna团队自己没有保护好自己的专利。更有甚
者，大家都以为同行承认了张锋在CRISPR 基因编辑领域的关键贡献，获得诺奖指日可
待。
这与我原来认定张锋的CRISPR基因编辑专利最终会被无效预期完全相反，我似乎被“打
脸了”。我一个在美国、欧盟、日本、中国和印度申请多个生物领域专利的专利专家这
