可用实验的方法用GPC和NMR（端基分析法测A的含量）测分子量。并且可以用红外的方法
测定D在C中的含量，请问可以用这些结果来估计likelihood of interchain coupling 吗？

of a polymer, instead of controlling it during the synthesis, is not
straightforward.
As others said, there are few examples of doing this by AFM. The
conventional methods are light scattering and GPC, better combining them
together.
The problem with light scattering is, it is very difficult to distinguish
between intrachain and interchain correlation, so you have to do a set of
experiments and then derive the molecular |
