Uber经历了2017年大半年的摇摆时期终于触底开始缓缓反弹了。新CEO能力很强，来
了一个月就搞定了董事会，签下软银并且开始修复政府关系。所以现在是个好时期加入
Uber。
虽然业界现在整体招聘有些疲软，我现在所在的Global Intelligence组今年还有8个
headcount给engineer和data
