quote me $3000 a year on that car because my college resides in a very
dangerous neighborhood, and because im not over 25 years old, my insurance
was only $800 on my first car with california address.
so i switched to nationwide and they offered over $700 discount to me. |

期限一般不长，rate是set的，大的GIC可以negotiate rate.
Insurnace credit都很好，GIC credit rating一般比BIC
高（银行发的）
Insuranc公司会invest一些long term去back GIC
的gurrantee rate，很多management比如immunization.
对于投资者，在很大程度上GIC非常象CD。
不过GIC没有FDIC的back，CD有。 |
