个＂毒品注射屋，InSite＂在温东开办。
到了2013年，温东＂毒品注射屋＂开始十周年的调查显示，总共有200万人次注射，发
生了1400多起使用毒品过量事件，但因为有专业医护人员在旁边及时救助，而没有发生
死亡事件。
同时，瘾君子感染艾滋病的数量也大幅缩小。温哥华的卫生官员认为，要对抗毒品，除
了禁止、预防之外，也需要＂减少伤害＂项目的帮助。这个项目令瘾君子重拾尊严，并
随时可以得到专业的戒毒指导。
前保守党哈珀政府一直反对开设＂注射屋＂，并曾试图关闭温东注射屋，官司一直打到
了最高法院。2011年10月底，最高法院做出裁决，温东注射屋可以继续运作。
裁决称，如果关闭＂注射屋＂，会剥夺瘾君子使用健康服务的渠道，威胁他们的健康与

Jan, 2010. The dealer rejected to do oil maintanence for me since it have
not reached 10k miles yet.
My concern is: the manu say " Oil Change for one year or 10k miles". Since I
already drived for over 1 year ( two month no driving ), I requested for
oil change. But dealer say NO to me . He insited there is no need to change
oil before it reach 10k miles.
Should I appeal?
