表说明，我根本就不能报Tuition & Fee, （因为是married filing separatedly)。报
的TUITION只有几百刀。
刚刚收到IRS的inquery,要求提供8917表。“We will issue and refund due to you
in about 6 to 8 weeks fnom the time we receive vour response. We can give
you credit for items only if you give us the information. Therefore, if we
do not hear from you, we may have to increase the tax you owe or reduce your
refund.”也就是说，如果我20天内不提供8917表，这几百刀将从税表上扣除。
给IRS打电话，说明情况，IRS的说法是，TUITION 不能抵税，按照IRS的inquery做 |

I had to tell law firm that you either follow up or re-file, or I would do
it myself. They re-filed it and got it in a month. Just sending a letter of
inquery and waiting may not always work. Some times a letter of inquery may
be lost, this is particularly true if your lawyer resides at a different
State from where you are working. |

只允许我发EAD的case inquery. AP的一直说不能发，让我打电话。

打通以后，直接找agent报receipt number 等信息，然后就等着他们回复事吗？
有啥注意事项吗？
另外可以找议员查EAD/AP的进度吗？如果可以，怎么联系议员？

我在11月就已经做了FP，但是myUSCIS网站上面485的状况还是是 Finterprint Fee Was
Received，这个是否正常？
看到不少1/2013的原装EB3都绿了，但是我这里连RFE都没收到。
尝试去Online Case Inquery，但是被告知case within normal processing time，所

average 但是这个占比重应该很轻的才对不是吗。
不是说consolidate card 更好吗？平常只用两张卡，一张加油另一张买别的。其他的
闲置。10年按时付清balance没欠过一次钱，我的确没有过LOAN，信用好的教教我
student loan我是不必贷了，我把车卖了，再LOAN一辆车还是可以的，把credit 加到

your schwab card to any MBNA card.your selections might depend on your CL
with, MBNA card you could use bill pay for sure..
remind:
when you do the switching,don't let lazy CSR close your schwab account and
open a new MBNA card for you.. which doesn't look nice in your credit report
you want keep the same account number, but switch card type.. no hard inquery

分、Experian 698分、Equifax 718分。信用报告里面其他项目三家差不多，但是hard
inqueries TransUnion只有2个，而其他两家都是7个。为什么相差这么大？将来如果贷
款啥的，怎么才能知道银行查哪家呢？ |

啥记录没有，直到今年三月才陆续有些alert，依然没看到今年申请UA和蓝宝石被拒的
inquery。
credit report里面那些信用卡的还款时间，显示的还是去年的事情。另外credit
score从去年到现在，从来就没变过。

credit score还是没任何变化。。。。每个月还是有付费的，$5不到，所以一直没取消
，但那个alert也来得太随机了，并不报告所有的inquery. |

bureau。credit score是credit bureau算得，信用卡公司要从bureau买这个信息，当
然也会买你其他信息，比如过去12个月有多少inquery，mortgage和loan的information。 |

每次我们都准备了详细的材料，写了详细的邀请信和旅游计划，做了问题练习。结果材
料统统不看，基本不问什么问题。
最后一次，我上网找了我们区的congressman和senator,给他们写了信，说明我父母的
情况，请他们给大使馆发inquery。结果他们都回复了，而且向大使馆询问了情况。然
后去签证，也是什么材料都不看。问了一个问题退休金有多少，然后就过了。
如果没有什么硬伤，不用在材料上纠缠太多，找senator和congressman写信吧。 |

我的485等了46个月，很能理解你们的心情。
我没有试law suit，不知道有没有效。除此之外congressman是最有帮助的，他们可以
直接打电话联系FBI和移民局。
可以得到关于你的案子的很多细节，在infoPass和status inquery中没有的细节。
我的情况：
1）。485交上去后15个月, name check request才送到FBI的，但第一次name check 移
民局一直没有回复；
2）。16个月后移民局又送了第二次name check给FBI.
3）。六个月后FBI回复'no record'.
4）。三个月后，一个工作人员把case status改回name check pending；
5）。三个月后移民局开始内部背景调查，
6）。调查了三个月后批准。
我的理解是移民局的工作效率，认真程度都不高，但只要你的case本身没有问题，终归
会批下来。我等到第四年就不
是很着急了，因为着急似乎也没什么用，不如分散一下注意力，安排自己的生活。申请

I received 2 identical letters from TSC at the same time. So walked in with
both. Even worse, the office told me the system indicated that I had done
this before. It took her more then 30min to check, and came back with the
answer that it was the system error at TSC.
She shredded the one of the letter and took my bio-info. Asked me to stop by
for inqueries if I have questions in the future.
