那就是说home inpsection查完，如果觉得foundation没有问题，就不用做foundation
inspection. 如果home inpsection查完，建议做foundation inspection，那才做，对

clause. You probably did not notice, have you read the contract in details,
did you agent explain and tell you?

2.subaru的oem胎很贵，而且很不好
3.awd一次是应该换四个一样的，不过一个应该100多一点点...4个500应该够了。
别怕他说要fail你inpsection，fail就fail呗。等你解决好了轮胎回去找他，他会免费
给你通过的。唯一的坏处就是carfax会显示一个fail过inspection的记录，无所谓吧，
卖的时候跟卖家说呗，呵呵。 |

到了279k,

费用。foreclosure 前任房主肯定没有钱作维修，所以很有可能还有其他不work德，我
们就是inpsection时没水没电，等买了通水通电后又发现一大堆问题
title是否clean 会在你close之前有律师或title company检查，不clean银行也没法卖给你。不过还是要让银行买title insurance. |

我的老房子就是楼主所说的这种结构。最外面是砖墙，但不是用来承重的。最初county
的信息里写的是砖结构。后来的新系统里就改成veneer,brick了。Appraisal value也

contract, inspection and mortgage commitment. If the inspection result is
not acceptable and the seller is not willing to repair, or you cannot get
mortgage for the house, you can back out from the contract and get your
downpayment back without penalty.
