下面是一封申请EB2 NIW I-140的petition letter的范例。这是多年前公开发表在
MITBBS“落地生根”版上的一个帖子。现在重贴于此，供大家参考。
个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过
不了；而且论证过程中，有些关键词必须出现在移民官的视野里。这封petition
letter基本上达到了这几方面的要求。更难能可贵的是，这封petition letter的后面

的petition letter，开始准备NIW。看了几篇模板，发现有些疑问。
1. NIW 不需要列表格，油灯图等吗？为什么我看到的模板都没有这些，只有Exhibit？
2. EB1A的petition条理比较清楚，比方说我要claim三项，就从1，2，3几方面阐述。
但是NIW怎么感觉条理比较混乱呀？
请有经验的前辈指点迷津，小女子不胜感激！

喜欢好看的字，是一个主体对客体的审美反应。说穿了，就是“我”觉得“你”写得好
不好。这个好不好有没有标准呢？当然有。这个标准， 本着小平同志一九八九年春夏
之交后用着好几天没睡觉的嘶哑的嗓音对全党全军全国人民讲话的精神，就是某种程度
上的大家都认为是好字的普遍标准（国际大气候）和个人的写字经验（国内小环境）的
有机结合。但是这样的一个标准，听起来容易，衡量起来却有点麻烦。麻烦就在于，这
是怎样的一个“有机结合”。或者说，the Devil is in the details。
国际大气候比较简单确定，就像王羲之的《兰亭集序》。无论它的来历如何，无论它的
书写者究竟是不是王羲之，无论后来的人怎样辨伪怎样考证，喜欢的人都是绝大多数。

often times, innovations of UI of Mac OS X is welcomed by users
even from OS 9 to OS X, people loved it.
it is just about how you implement it, and make it really HELP end users.
Look at Vista, innovative only by M$ standard, people don't like it because
it is bad. Not because it is too innovative.
iPhone UI is innovative in any mainstream widely available system
