Reuters and AllThingsD report that U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh granted a
preliminary injunction against the sales of the Samsung Galaxy Tab in the U.
S.
The ruling is the latest in the ongoing legal battle between Apple and
Samsung. Apple had accused Samsung of copying the design of Apple's iPad
and iPhone products. Apple has previously sought and won injunctions
against the sale of the same Samsung tablet in other countries.

Just days after Apple won an injunction barring U.S. sales of Samsung's

美国高校相对较低的学术不端发生率，与其健全的调查程序和严厉的处罚机制是紧密相
联的。埃里克·玻尔曼案是美国高等教育学术不端史上最具影响力的一个案例。在此案
调查的过程中，各个相关部门严格遵照美国联邦政府颁布的关于学术不端处置的文件，
有条不紊地向前推进；针对玻尔曼的处罚，涉及到民事赔偿、行政处罚以及刑事责任。
本案的特殊之处是：行为人是美国历史上第一个因学术不端而被判重罪入狱之人。
此案带来的启示是：在预防和处理学术不端的过程中，高校与政府机构等部门需密切合
作、完善法律法规、坚持程序正当原则、发挥“吹哨人”的关键作用，并辅以严厉的处
罚。而这一切的背后，都需要大学自身坚守很高的道德准则。
