I don't know about EB3C. EB2C actually is getting benefit from current
spillover rule, even though it's just a
little bit. We have horizontal spillover right now. Why we Chinese
complained about the spillover?
1) O didn't give what we deserved from FB spillover last year. That's the
whole NIU Jan-Feb compaign
targetted at.
2) Inida gets much more spillover than us and it's not fair. If you read
Yijiayan's post, you should agree with
me that Y's spillover |

assume Total spill-over may be: 14720 + 4388 = ~19000
total waiting time to clean Chinese EB2 before 2007 is:
(11404+ 24254(India EB2)+ huge number of inida EB3- EB2)/ (19000+6000)
it will be definitely more than 2 years or even 3 years because of huge
amount of India EB3 TO EB2
remember, it is useless to count how many chinese EB2 # we can get now.

。这年头，GDP只能在india做了。
一边Sr Manager 和我说cutXXX hours,一边让我想办法给Inida xx小时来做。我只能
把tie-out, T/B, JE testing, contract review给他们做。我总不能把Substantive
Testing给他们，他们的schedule和client差12小时呢。
BTW,first year list price 是那么多，实际上没有charge那么多钱。
Audit需要很多field work, face-to-face talk，还有interview,比tax相对而言难
outsource一些。不过看来这个趋势是以后accounting work也都outsource，这样audit
也就直接搬到印度去了。 |

I am not get used to the stares from everyone in India. it's so funny to see
their different reactions when you smile at them : some get really shy,
others laugh, some see it as an invitation to beg for money and others just
don't know what to do so continue staring. It's really lovely travelling by
trains and bus with the locals, they go out of their way to speak to me and
try to help.
