Such actions would encourage people to have more kids for which there are no

首先,所谓conflict of interest,在judicial disqualification程序上有两种路径,
要么法官recuse sua sponte,要么一方上motion。lying trump要是觉得在法律上这个
coi成立,就不用whine了,上一个motion就算是denied了也是上诉的最佳理由,end of
story.
其次,所谓COI的理由成不成立?或许lying trump 这个理由可以骗poorly educated的
达克,骗不了其他人。
原因如下
Judicial disqualification规定主要在28 usc 455. 455a实践中容易一些,455b举证
责任非常严苛,除非有compelling evidence证明特定的impartiality,否则压根没戏。
