们给我一个stamp。说这样很快。
谁了解这种local office处理案子都是怎么弄得？我现在处于h1b跟ead都没有的gap期
间，所以急需ead继续工作。
那个接线员说起来似乎很容易，不知道到了local office，他们是如何处理的。需要带
什么文件,马上能有结果么？谢谢 |

2周前联系了议员，USCIS说是在normal processing timeline；上周五USCIS终于肯给
我做了SR（具体内容是outside of normal processing time, 但TSC未必理睬这个要求
，因为他们认为TSC目前还在处理7月份的CASES呢），却还是没消息。
今天终于忍不了了，大老远的开车去做info pass。遇到一亚裔老头儿(有口音，但感觉
不是来自中国的)，超级的不耐烦，自己查了查，就让我回去等着。。。在我的一再要
求下，总算是帮我查了些进度，后来干脆把上面的一些简单信息打印给我看，不过，嘴
里也是一直不停的唠叨说什么我不信任他，:(
infopass具体信息：
RD: 9/2/10
FP: 10/18/10
Name Check看排列顺序 似乎是在FP 之前（只有简单的一行字，他说是已经cleared，
不过我看不懂哪里说是cleared了。。。）
First IO … (request/review? 忘了具体是什么了): 1/31/2011

can know whether the name/background check is done or not, while the tier-2
officer cannot see it. |

接待的是个亚裔，态度极其不友好。我上来说明一下
情况，她结果回复到：我每天都接待很多你这样的人...
然后直接扫描条形码，一句官腔答复：正在处理，回去等着吧。
我继续问：name/background check是否结束了？case是否分到officer了？
看都不看直接回答：不知道，正在处理，回去等着。
纠缠半天，好话说尽，没用...

至于能问到什么就不清楚了.
痒痒的。打800-3755283 不给做SR，给S********[email protected]发complain，也说
your application is within USCIS processing time。给议员发信，还没回，也不
知有没有用。
能详细到什么程度？Background check, name check, assigned to officer….不会还
是跟USCIS网站上查到的一样吧？那不白跑一趟 |

再问问180天换工作的事。
1.是说485递交180天就可以换工作？要是不换工作被雷了还能合法在美国吗？无论换了
另一份工作还是干脆就不工作，影响原来的485申请吗？
2.ead有啥好处？有没有ead批了就可以换工作的说法？
