尽管在党生的努力下水准一直在不断提高，但文章来源主要还是华人，一定程度上说明
其国际影响力还有限。这里并没有贬低Cell Research的意思，我无论一作还是通讯都
在上面发过文章，举Cell Research的例子主要想说明按影响因子评判杂志的局限性，
而相反Article Influence Score的准确度更高，而且我相信Cell Research的Article
Influence Score也会越来越高。至于按分算奖金之类的，那是纯粹畸形的政策。任何
量化科研贡献和价值的方法都是不合理的，但如果非要量化，以我个人的经验发现
Article Influence Score相比影响因子更接近杂志的真实面目。 |

因子却虚高，比如Cell Research. 不过一时又没有其它可以替代的工具。不知道大家
有没有注意到其实Thomoson Reuters有个Article Influence Score，如果按这个排名
，似乎比较符合心目中的真实杂志水平。
比如 Cell Research 只有4.394 跟 Plos Biology的7.042 就不是一个水平了，虽然现
在前者的影响因子更高。
而且不少感觉影响因子虚高的杂志Article Influence Score就比较低，比如journal
of hepatology只有3.099， Autophagy只有3.244, 而两者的影响因子都是过10的，同
时elife却有6.134
见仁见智，大家讨论下? |

且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
