cash是很stable, sustainable的。
当然这个middle class的概念本身已经没有多大的意义了，而且甚至是deceptive的（

但是在讲internal rate of return时，为了算irr，也要算payback period，这个

U argued that the low interest rate in the last few years is caused so
called inequality. Any evidence? I have heard many explanations with more
