具体说说我的virus载体和transduction的过程吧~
1> retrovirus用的是MSCV based带有mir155 backbone的一个载体（某postdoc自己构
建的）有GFP marker。因为它只侵染dividing cell, 所以就在collect BM的当天做一
次spin infection （用fresh virus containing sup from transfected 293T cells)
，之后两天各做一次spin infection，然后让细胞在有GMCSF的medium里面继续分化到
day7 (中间换一次medium). 最后收细胞染色FACS. 现在结果就是no virus control分
化没什么问题，通常我得到90％ CD11c+细胞，其中MHCII+大概15％；问题是无论是
control virus (empty vector)还是有target shRNA的virus，细胞就不表达CD11c了 (

分餐消毒的人，理由也是可能会通过口腔溃疡等进入血液而传染。
结构上，HBV分三层，一般只关心最外面两层。最外面的是表面抗原，其他不用看，单
看这一项，阳性即代表感染，阴性就是没有感染，阳性转阴性就代表最终治愈。中间的
是e抗原，感染者e抗原阳性基本等同于民间说的“大三”， e抗原阴性则是“小三”。

先看第一个，cervical cancer，就是宫颈癌以及HPV和割包皮的关系。
CDC的结论来自12年前2002年的这篇文章：

9/18 fever around 102 highest. No action taken
9/19 fever around 102. Motrin 5ml was given to control the fever
9/20 fever around 102 during the day. Took him to see pediatric . No ear/
throat infections. Lungs sound fine. Motrin was given to control fever.
9/21 at 1am, temp 105 and body was shaking. Tylenol was given. After 1hr,
temp went down to 101. Took him to see pediatric again in the morning, no
