下奶一般是初为母亲的人最关心的问题。奶水的多少与乳房的大小是没有直接关系的，
就是说方法得当，小乳房的MM也可以成为奶牛。有些人在怀孕时就开始溢奶，据说这种
人下奶会更加快，我没有溢过奶，剖腹生下天天元元后，整一天也没有挤出一点点的奶
星星，我想我可能就是传说中的草牛吧，不过我倒没有什么心理负担，因为没有母乳，
就喂formula。第二天一个母乳专家就来我床前手把手教我胸喂元元（天天因黄疸在照
灯），她叫我一定要坚持让小孩吸，不管有没有奶出来只要小孩饿了，就让他吸，第一
天他们不鼓励喂孩子液体奶，如果小孩子恋上了不费劲就能吸到的液体奶，以后就更不

的诊断标准不统一，不过在美国这边是有一套完整的诊断标准的。 这里简单普及一下。
首先要诊断弱视，必须要做排除法，也就是要排除一切器质性病变，包括一切视网
膜、视神经及视觉中枢的问题，然后才能考虑弱视。
要诊断弱视还必须要做包容法，也就是说必须要找到一个可以导致弱视的因素 （
amblyogenic factor）。 这个导致弱视的因素包括以下的一点或多点：1）斜视（
strabismus）； 2）眼睛度数过高 (high refractive error)； 3）阻碍性 （form
deprivation）。 第三种很少见，一般是由于先天性白内障、角膜大伤痕 （large
corneal scar）或先天性睑下垂（ptosis）等引起的， 就不多说了。详细说说1和2。

宝宝６个半月大全身浮肿晚上７点入住急症，主治医生忽略症状没有进行应该的检查。
最要命的是他们没有给宝宝任何吃的也不让我们给，同时没有任何措施来监察他的营养
状况。所以除了ER前的2oz奶，到离开ER前的１９个小时没有吃其他任何东西，因为他
不能充分转化脂肪应付代谢危急，他的肝脏迅速积累大量的free fatty acids (FFA).

结果梳着下一记的时候她就扭头咬我。 用头顶一般是高兴吧？
我家咪有严重的infantile behavior, 每天如果我坐沙发上斜躺着她就上来踩奶，是
很一本正紧的舔，好像跟吃饭一样，每日必须，不是舔几下表示友好那种；差不多要舔
个十五分钟，估计她就是以为在吃东西....这毛病要不要治治？
大家给咪洗澡吗. shelter 的几个人都建议说不要洗。我们这个估计真不行；刚领来
的时候可能胆小还能擦几下，现在熟了，用湿布擦两下就跑，哪怕是睡得迷迷糊糊的时
候。得罪她的话挺凶..... |

and/or introduce spoon-feeding (baby jar food, cereal, apple sauce etc.)
if GI work up is negative, u may want to look into this:
Infantile anorexia nervosa: a developmental disorder or separation and

Infantile anorexia nervosa的可能， 因为这个症状是从宝宝4个月打完疫苗后出现的
，不知道疫苗是否引起了她的厌食。 宝宝现在晚上8点吃最后一餐 （～180ml），她可
以从10点睡到第二天的早上6点，按理说这么长的时间她应该很饿了， 但这时候喂奶，
还是会吐。
我们也会试试soy-based formula，希望有用。 多谢 |
