为什么有些女的能横行天下？
公司最近走了一个美国白女，我知道她工作了不到十个月，而且很快就跳到了下家，她
是没有gap的走的，去的下家，仿佛挺牛。
我看了她的linkedin, 她是90年代开始工作的，40+的人，本科学的是文科，不过学校
还是比较牛的，毕业后就一直在it 界工作，而且让我惊讶的是她过去几乎所有的工作
最多就做了一年多，有一个做了5个月，还是大公司。她本科毕业就工作。而且她的工
作基本没有gap.
我在想美国换工作还是挺难的，reference 这一点就是一关，可以说对大多数人来说都
是一关。

考虑到东亚人种是全球平均智商最高的种族,平均智商高达105,
按照RUSHTON教授的研究, 东亚人除了互相混血之外, 跟任何其他种族混血都的后
代智力都会比较低等.
比如,只在中国人基因中非常显著的影响脑认知的DAB1变种基因,通常在混血后代中
将无法被继承.
因此,说什么混血儿聪明,那完全是在胡说八道, 对中国人来讲,越纯种越聪明.
英国学者给出的世界智商排名最新版 这是LYNN教授(剑桥博士)和他的同事
Vanhanen教授(芬兰总理的父亲)根据最新的各国智商测试数据整理出来的智力水平排行
, 这本书名称叫:智商于全球发展不平衡，
于2006年出版, 是他们上本书:智商和国家财富(2002年出版)的升级 与上一本书相
比,
2006年出版的新书里大量应用了新增的各国IQ测试结果,
因此一些国家的IQ数据和上本书相比又有了小幅变化.
