for acute phase any NSAIDS would do, but in particular indocin or colchicine
, for indocin be careful if patient has kidney disease or gastrointestinal
ulcer and it might also induce neutropenia, for colchicine it could cause
very bad diarrhea,
if patient is not a good candidate for NSAIDS then steroid, either systemic
or intra-articular,
for long term maintainence take allopuirnol, which should be dosed according
to renal function and do not take it till acute attack abates for a couple
weeks, |

acid
colchicine can cause bad diarrhea which is often the limiting factor, or you
can use indocin or almost any NSAIDS, but indocin is quite nephrotoxic, as
is colchcine,
systemic steroid is another way to go if you don't have poorly controlled
underling diabetes,
so i think intra-articular steroid injection would be better,
also, not to take allopurinol during acute attacks as it will exacerbate the
uric acid precipitation, |

for acute gout exacerbation, any NSAIDS include indocin or colchicine, and
even steroid(either systemic or local injection) would help, long term wise
allopurinol, avoid alcohol, things like that, but no allopurinol in acute
phase as it might get things worse, |

上。
probably pretty bad sun burn, wear protective cloth when go out, apply cool
wet dressing, apply sunscreen next time, don't know what meds your doc put
you on, normally are topical steroids, or oral indocin, i don't know about
whether oral steroid help or not, probably not, also make sure to prevent
secondary infection,
don't think sunburn would leave you any scars, it's not like thermal burn,
but sun burn might damage your melanocyte and you might get "bleached", ever

avoid alcohol, avoid dehydration, careful with diet,
any over the counter NSAIDS will do, but indocine and colchicine would need
prescription, and maintainence med allopurinol needs script as well, |

发帖数: 323 | 7 高龄第一胎,好不容易有了这个宝宝, 一路小心谨慎,现在31周了.可昨天突然开始肚子
发紧,宫缩频繁,后OB让去了医院,监测了一晚上,给吃了防止宫缩的药. 但B超显示有一
个比较大的子宫纤维瘤, 这个可能是造成疼痛继而引起宫缩的原因.后来大夫给开了防
止宫缩的药,Indocin,让每六小时吃一次.可回来一查, 是category C的, 网上无数信息
都是说不能在怀孕第三trimester吃,会对宝宝有影响.给OB打了电话,说是这药可能会有
副作用但也一直使用,说如果我担心就不要吃, 可以吃止痛药, 可发现给开的止痛药也
是category C的. 我现在问题是我要不要服用这些药, 还是就卧床休息? 检查没有发现
任何子宫口开了的迹象, 可有害怕宫缩会产生影响.
姐妹们有类似经验的吗? 任何建议都非常感谢!
压力太大了, 不能和父母说害怕他们担心何况又帮不上忙.和LG又不能达成一致,这个更
痛苦. 不知道有多少姐妹需要卧床休息的LG还要建议多走动,上下楼,省的到时候不能自
然生,没有体力.
