发帖数: 2934 | 5 我的一个液体样品，装在一个密封的DSC pan里面，我的DSC pan是steel的，分子量和结
构差别不大的两个样品A和B，一共做了3次DSC，A2次，B1次，3个结果基本相同都是一个
从250度开始，在300度左右到达max，350结束的放热峰，curing（向上）。
因为我的DSC pan和一般的aluminium pan不同，以上结果只是初试，pan的类型选的
aluminium。
于是我又做了如下实验，pan的类型选的other。
用indium 和zinc做了cell contant 和温度的calibration。indium的升温程序为120－
180c，每分钟10度，zinc的升温程序为350－450C，每分钟10度。得到indium的熔点比正
常的高出3C，不是正常的156而是159C，Zinc同样也是相差3到4度，calibrate以后校正到
正确熔点。
calibrate之后用A样品做DSC。从理论上说校正之后应该和校正之前没有太大差别。可是
一共做了4次，所做样品再也没有重现性。max分别为360，330，350，317，。于是我猜想

将少量solder涂在固定样品的地方，放上样品。然后180度左右固化。p电极，如你所说
，使用wire bonding。

按调基线步骤，两cell都清空时调balance ,slope两旋扭，基线可以调的很好，可一旦开
始run sample, for example, indium, 基线就翘到老高去了， big slope. 我将两个空
的reference (no sample)放进两个cell,
再在同样的条件下走一遍，基线也是翘到老高,完全变样。
我个人认为两个同样的空样refernce 和cell里什么都没有走出来的基线应该是一样的，
是吗？ 问题的症结会是哪呢？我以前也是这么调的，没出现过这样的问题。 |
