科学理论》一文有关内容，并且要求方舟子就此事致歉。
昨日（8月8日），方舟子针对此事接受《每日经济新闻》采访时否认了抄袭的指控

去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.
1月27号,坐在大厅里面溜溜的等了几个小时,无聊透顶,自己翻看着打官司的书.老爸非

trade in的车.
dealer在卖车前换过一次机油, 在车挡风玻璃上有标签, 写的是到5000迈换机油. 但是
这个车还有个oil life indicator. 现在我已经开了3000多迈了, 显示oil life 60%.
看起来好像这个indicator是要我差不多1w迈换油了. 不清楚这个indicator是按时间算
的oil life, 还是按照迈数来计算的, 或者它很牛逼可以测量机油粘度.
manual 上要我看indicator来换, 但是鉴于之前的dealer(不是honda dealer)肯定不
是换的honda的机油 所以manual说的迈数可能不准确
请问版上的大神们, 这个车我应该多少迈换油呢? 谢谢 |

（读了Fall 2012 and spring 2013）
H1B被抽中，已经有receipt了,non-pp
non-pp的结果通常是7月8月下来的
因为没钱，不想继续念fall 2013 （通常8月底开学）
听说如果不是graduate in May'13 or no opt是不是没法有Cap-Gap维持身份(问题1)
是不是只要h1b approve确定下个学期不读，是不是必须离境,no grace period？
如果回去什么时候可以最早持H1b签证入境呢？（问题2）已解决,确认最早入境是h1b生

是很顺畅的：没有工资拖欠，按时email附上payroll文件，但是关于H1B的事情一直不
顺畅，昨天收到自己fail的消息后就尽可能的收集了很多信息，现在整理如下，希望大
家帮忙分析下。
agent的情况
1. 公司地址在google maps上查了下，一个是居民区门前的荒地，一个是居民住宅区，
都不是商业用地 （不靠谱）
2. 用agent名字去linkedin上搜索了下，跟agent有业务的公司非常有限，就几个公司
，像我这样的合同工多半都在那几个公司。
3. 去myvisajobs查了下，这个agent基本上没有给别人办理H1b的经验，这也解释了为
什么llinkedin上查到的他们经手的合同工基本上都是老美的原因
4. 查到了agent的老板在linkedin上的名字和跟我联系时的名字不是一个名字，但是是
同一个姓（可怕啊），然后他说他经常要出差，我很怀疑他是在回避跟我见面，但是在
linkedin上查到他现在本职工作是一家公司的technical sales， 这是不是一个需要经

DC line衡量money flow. 但很少有指标能够反应一个股票走势的多个方面。 比如
trend follower一般会说强势股的短期调整是买点(比如SNDK/ILMN/TIE之类的），但如
何设计一个指标来反应呢？
我们可以定义一个非常简单的指标:
A: today's close在过去p天close里的percentile
B: today's close在过去q天close里的percentile
indicator = (A + (1 - B)) / 2
在这里p = 252(相当于一个calendar year的交易日）, q = 10, 这两个参数只是直观
选择的，没有经过任何优化。
进出点的选择是
Long if indicator > 0.5
Short if indicator < 0.5
基本的概念是，underlying equity有着很强的长期趋势 (large A)，但短期有
pullback (small B).

比如你有一堆indicators，你那这些弄出来一个backtest，100%赚钱，没用，之后可能
100%亏钱。最有可能的原因是over-fitting。那些indicators都是表象，股票为什么涨
跌是有原因的。这些indicators比较好的都只是一个简化的模型，很多都是胡扯。
indicators喜欢momentum,但这个momentum也不是什么时候都有，要有理由的momentum
才能赚钱，这个你用backtest test不出来，因为你没和underlying factors一起test
，只看盈亏，同样的图形这次赚，下次可能就亏，即使现在赚钱，以后也不见得赚钱。
关于underlying factors，可以看看finance的papers，当然这些papers没有让你直接
赚钱的，但有不少指了条明路，很多当时作者写的时候没觉得多赚钱，但后来在发展发
展就能赚钱了，当然赚钱了也就不发出来了。 |

几个帖子之一，是学术综述的写法的节奏，是授之以渔的好贴。
不管读帖子还是读文章，要抓住作者的主要思路，不要纠缠于旁枝末节。虽然帖子里的
一些观点我觉得值得商榷，但是核心部分写的非常好。我读了感觉受益很多。
我总结的作者的核心意思是，在震荡的市场，股价走势类似阻尼震荡的正弦函数。TA的
indicator能够对判断股价的走势起到相当大的作用。
所谓indicator，其实就是从股价相关数据中提取出来的feature,有时候indicator的信
息里有噪音，可以通过预处理，将噪音过滤或减少，从而提高预测准确率。
系统默认的indicator的参数不一定是最优的，最好去读相关书籍文章，学习研究参数
的设置。
牛市和熊市比震荡市更难判断，需要更高的TA分析水平。 |

不好意思，这个帖子在jobhunting也发过一遍，但是根据我本站搜索的结果，关于H1B
的内容最多是在jobhunting，working和各自地区的板块发帖，所以我就厚着脸皮在

天真的我以为抽中了名额就不用担心什么了。跟现在agent的合作除了H1B的申请以外都
是很顺畅的：没有工资拖欠，按时email附上payroll文件，但是关于H1B的事情一直不
顺畅，昨天收到自己fail的消息后就尽可能的收集了很多信息，现在整理如下，希望大
家帮忙分析下。
agent的情况
1. 公司地址在google maps上查了下，一个是居民区门前的荒地，一个是居民住宅区，
都不是商业用地 （不靠谱）

，petition letter完全照版上的一个大牛抄的，就是连续发了好多个图片文件的那个
，不记得id了，反正非常感谢！所以请不要找我要petition letter了，自己考古吧。
版上很少有人claim 媒体报道，我claim了，也通过了。其实真正的报道没几个，
转来转去就显得多了，而且标题不一样看起来像很多。主要就是列表，媒体的名字，介
绍（多少万读者），国家什么的，这样看起来就很打眼。有几个采访邀请的email，也
做了张表格，这样显得明确，别人是对你感兴趣。有两个视频的采访，其实是很小的拿
不出手的，但把截屏的大头放上，图说叫“关于我的某某采访”，到底是哪采访的没好
意思提。
感谢的话就不多说了，一穷二懒就不发包子了，整点实际的，发一下我的
response吧。大家准备140的时候也可以参考，避免被RFE。千万不要犯的愚蠢错误：1
）忘记付上offer letter 和研究计划；2）独立推荐人忘记强调他们的独立身分。如果
