发帖数: 2934 | 5 如果测大的样品就用模子压那种两头宽中间细的样条，直接用杨氏模量的仪器拉断样条。如果是小的样品就用spincoating。总之膜的厚度要均匀。可以用SAWS和nanoindentation的方法来测。SAWS
可以测薄的样品，薄到150nm，要测膜的厚度和密度。nanoindentation测厚一点的样品，可以到1um。还有一个叫fracture energy的Gc，这个参数加上stress modulus和young's modulus就
可以表征薄膜的机械性能了。
hardness有好几种，其中一种是用diamond在材料上划一道口子，看口子的深浅，还有一种是Indentation hardness，顾名思义就是压一个口子。这2种都是对于bulk的样品来说的。
所以那种随便用溶剂浇一个膜的俺木有听说过，不是很清楚。 |

所以我看你说做杨氏模量不能用在玻璃板上cast的film想问问应该怎么制备膜

control theory, computer graphics (B-spline, NURBS modelling), image and
signal processing
找了几个月了，只有几个电面，觉得定位很有问题

如果想得到杨氏模量，应该有很多修正后的公式，或者直接用有限元模拟得到
而且这个也和材料是否各向异性有很大关系，因为这个是multiaxial loading。
不同通常材料领域说纳米压痕得到的模量，大家都清楚是怎么一回事
一般忽略其和杨氏模量的差别

如果我测得是比如 （100）的si的杨氏模量， 是不是就用E<100>来表示；
还有测得的indentation modulus 除以 1－poisson'ratio 的平方是不是就是杨氏模量
啊？

ME Ph.D 但实际上做的是materials，主要经验如下：
1. 我们自己搭建了一个PVD/CVD hybrid system, 一般用reactive sputtering
Nitride coatings, TiN, CrN, Si3N4, 也镀纯金属，还有AlSi 等都可以。熟悉各种真
空泵和RGA，我们的系统两级真空，base pressure 可以到-10数量级Torr，我们有额外
的两个Plasma generator 可以提高Plasma density 而不只是在gun附近区域。
2. 熟悉SEM/FIB/EBSD/EDS, TEM/EDAX, XPS, Nanoindentation, AFM, Instron/MTS
universal machines, metallography specimen preparation 等设备的维护和操作。
3. Micro/nanomechanics: 研究了不同金属单晶nano indentation "size effect"的一

code to make sure other people can pick it up and put it to use immediately
(i.e., zero cost of adoption). I also make sure my programs are readable and well-structured. It makes me feel good, and we all become
more productive. It is a win-win situation. (In Python, it forces
indentation. So good coding styles are enforced automatically.)
But I fully understand what people mentioned here can be described as a "
