jury.
Erick Williamson, 29, has argued since his October arrest that he should

首先，80-20的声明纯属混淆视听，吴主席本人前两天还说要做很多工作，结果一封非
常简单含糊，毫无任何调查内容，仅向他个人致歉的信件就成为他认为对全体华人的圆
满结果。我不知道他在此次事件中想代表的是谁，ABC还是华人。他似乎更在意别的东
西。
可以说ABC事件是极其恶性的。美国华人可能还记得第38届超级杯美国橄榄球赛中场时
Janet Jackson和Justin Timberlake的“衣柜意外”，当时政界要人和知名人士纷纷谴
责，当事人包括NFL和CBS都一一在主流媒体上表示歉意，FCC更是对CBS处以历史性的高
额罚款，虽然罚款最终被高院驳回，但对媒体的警示作用一直至今。
ABC事件比起衣柜意外有过之而无不及，如果说后者只是indecency in broadcasting，
那前者不仅是indecency的问题，还有inhumanity和serious child harassment/abuse
的问题。如果后者能产生那么大的社会反响，为什么ABC的这个节目不能？难道就任由

considering a petition filed earlier this month alleging that the name of
the Washington NFL franchise is indecent.
