Payment transactions, the sender pays the transaction fee, not the receiver.

You can return your item so long as it is still in the manufacturer's
packaging and sealed, simply ship your item back with a note explaining the
reason for return and stating that you would like a refund and also include
your Order ID xxxxx. Please understand that ALL returns for refund will
incur an 18% restocking fee (including defective items that are not

receiving money as payment for a purchase continue to incur fees.
We’re not sure if you are aware of this, but we noticed that some of

This laptop was needed urgently by a student so i dropped it in a computer
shop for them to put back a genuine operating system that is Windows 7. It
cost me $300 (Trinidadian dollars) i.e. $US 50.00, I don't know if you could
