我所想到的就是第一找true max.
true max 就是用auto increase, 你能bid 到最高的
num_max_inc = (max - start)/incr
true_max = start + num_nmax_inc * inc;
如果你的inc太高，一步就超过max了，true_max 就是 start
第二就是找second max from all the true max list.
如果没有second max, 大家都愿意出到最高，那就哥们1，最先bid的那个是winner.
如果有seonc max,如下。。。
max 可以有好多duplicate,如果没有duplicate,
这个max - N*inc 大于secon max, 这就是解。N>=0,要最大。
然后从哪个duplicate 的 max 的true_max list 里面找solution.
比如如下。。。second max is 14, max is 18
A 15, 18
B 16, 17, 18
C 16, 18

won't work well for prefetch. The instruction stream prefetch usually works
at PC incr or PC decr two directions. But if the derived type pointer
chasing to 100 different target, I think the cache performance will drop.

1）三十年前，部分政客高举“tough on crime”的旗帜，为拉选票，提出并通过了一
系列的法案条规来提高刑事案件入狱率和更长的刑期。效果很明显。比如密苏里州的监
狱人口从1979年到2011年增加了六倍！而且每九个在监狱的犯人就有一个是无期徒刑，
因为获得无期徒刑的罪犯人数从1984年的三万四千人增加到2008年的十四万人（以前的
四倍）；而到了2012年，这一数字达到了十六万。与1980年相比，美国监狱关押的罪犯
增加了六倍。在2013年底，有约一百五十万人在美国监狱服刑。
2）“高压”法规。A）mandatory minimum laws 规定部分定罪，罪犯要完成法定的最
低刑期。B）“three strikes” laws 惩罚重复犯罪的人，即使其第三次罪是轻罪，比
如偷了一个价值十美元的钱包，同样会被判二十五年。最极端的一个例子是某人的第三
