医疗滥用的原因是因为有insurance 和insurance 的大头是在employer身上，经过
insurance和employer这两次过滤，滥用的consequence 很难作用到病人身上。所以没
有足够的incentive来节省。
解决滥用的方法如果是增加短缺，而不是增加incentive，就有些可悲。
记得国内公交对于老人免费，结果老人就滥用公交。解决方案应该是是减少公交总数，
使所有人包括老人觉得麻烦？ 还是应该限制老人滥用，比如每天2次免费，或者老人2

我给dealer 写email， 说Honda 的fiscial year 是3月结束，不是4月。
他如下回复，我还是无法知道下个月是否有这个incentive。

肯定可以砍价，但当时没有看好所以没有negotiate，memorial day那天跟我说18K基本
上可以拿走，加七七八八的税当然。
memorial dya去看了一个honda civic sedan dc-vp，我们周围最低是15800，我看到VA
一个dealer要13100加400的document fee，我去了md的一个dealer，砍价看到14600，
我不要，我就要13100，后来谈到13800，我还是没要。
可见不同的时候，dealer有各种incentive咱们不知道，subaru的dealer跟我说，月底
最后十天（不知道是不是每个月都是这样，应该不是），subaru给了他们1000的
incentive，
所以楼主不急的话等到月底，又是季末 |

车钱19800左右，其中包括了个 Extra Value Package
但是因为我要0.9APR60mo，dealer说不能同时用incentive和low apr.
最后车钱22100+TTL-$1000(graduate promotion)+250maintainance+150Tint=22500 |

最好再用一下 usaa 的 750 off 和你的 toyota 1000 off.
Acadia/Escalade/LaCrosse/Enclave/Corvette/Silverado 现在都是比较好的价格。我在等 tahoe 大降价呢。
Impala -- invoice - 4000 (incentive) - 1500 (GMCard) - 750 (USAA) - 1000 (Toyota) - 300 (Ads fee reimburse) - 600 (3% off MSRP). 应该可以弄到 15-16k OTD.
FYI. 2008 Impala 我用了不到 $15k OTD, 07年 11 月买的。- 1500 incentive - 2000 GMCard. MSRP+ destination $22k. |

这个月剩下的这几天去买了，本来是想能压下多少就多少了，也没有那么多的时间去耗
了。
今天突然得到一个email quote，大家看看有希望吗？之前给的offer vehicle price都
在$19，000左右,所以觉得这个有些意外，真得很好了，就是不知道到了OTD那一步又会
是什么样。

trim (not sure)? (otherwise the MSRP doesn't add up)
invoice should be more than $3000 off MSRP. But Infiniti is having $4500
incentive till 08/31 for all 2010 model. so we figured 7K off is the right
price to ask.
today is the last day of $4500 incentive. Go today before they close at 9pm and
i guess maybe more discount. ;) |
