Only happens when the company does not allow trading stocks yet and you are
supper bullish about the long term view. So basically you cannot lose money
with options.
There are two options, one is non qualified, another called incentive,
Incentive options are rare these days.
With incentive options, you can excercise without paying tax immediately, in
this case, it could make you bankrupt.

，一开始我们用builder的incentive交了一个bond，大概2w4多点，impound交了5000多
（不太清楚是什么，貌似property tax）。最后剩下builder给我们incentive还剩3000
多，不够我们closing cost。所以我们要自己掏3000多交closing cost。今天跟
builder协商了，builder同意放3700进escow，应该就是cover closing cost了。
给我们agent丢脸。。: 其实从一开始，他就应该知道现在这种rebate是根本不可能放
到: escrow里面去的，因为现在的银行都不允许这么做，buyer的credit不能: 超过
closing cost。。: 其实他out of escrow给你也没问题，他担心的是这样他会缴税，
其实IRS明确: 说了，这部分钱他不用给你1099，你不用交税，他也不用。。: 最好私

这个也看那个州了，Democratic的州都有incentive，装的人不少，红脖州太阳好的不

下市场上的broker的利率的平均水平和credit，然后把其和builder的lender给出的比
较一下，closing cost的具体收费明细不用太管，只用卡好最后您的closing cost在减
去builder的incentive后的数额是否在同等市场利率水平下比较低（甚至是零）就可以
了。
另外，如果说builder的lender利率稍高，那么也没有关系，先把builder的incentive
拿到手，close之后再做一个no cost refinance把利率降下来就可以了。一般builder
的lender都允许买主在close之后马上就pay off mortgage。 |

FOMC meeting 今天出了其中一个民间猜测的政策之一，改“extended period"的
language,改成“through mid 2013". 基本面上来说，这是很糟糕的， 意思是说Fed现
在觉得经济到mid 2013年都不会明显健康成长。
但是昨天的panic，加上现在有不少股票已经跌到了所谓bargain/value investors的目
标之内，借机rally是可以理解的。
不过这些都是短暂的。最重要的是什么能够改变growth path.现在主要是要靠政府了。
4.再加一些stimulative政策，譬如tax incentives to repatriate profits from
overseas, tax incentives to hire, tax incentive to make capital expenditure,
etc..

不许发incentive高的广告贴，也是为了让网友能看到对产品的客观评价。
现在这件事情，不影响网友对coach的客观评价，也根本没有什么incentive。

拿各种incentives然后自己付一个月3哪怕5%的利息，然后第二个月cash付清剩下的。
但是关键问题是：
1. 要有各种incentive，不是所有车行所有车款都有incentive or lower apr二选一
2. 要有那么多cash去搞定后面的车款
3. 还是那句话，真要算清，那还得算算buy out的利息和一两个hard（有人车行3%还不
满意，甚至愿意再去折腾local credit union的1.9%,但是在车行给3%之前不check
credit，一般人也没数车行到底给多少的apr）到底哪个合算，愿意折腾的就折腾，不
愿折腾愿花钱省心的就花钱省心。 |

亚裔互相结婚的，比白人互相结婚的离婚率低55%。
白人男和亚裔女结婚的，离婚率和白人互相结婚的基本一样，略高4%，所以白人男的有
incentive和亚裔女结婚，或者说没有disincentive。
但是亚裔男和白人女结婚的离婚率比白人互相结婚离婚率还要高59%，所以亚裔男和白
人女结婚的incentive很差。
至于为什么离婚，那小3肯定是一个很大原因，虽然不是唯一原因。基本上统计来说，
白人互相结婚，肯定小3比亚裔之间要高，statistically speaking.

exams, 所以实际的starting base pay就是base salary加上考试门数乘上每门多少
incentive.
请教下现在insurance industry录用entry-level actuarial analyst的时候也有这样
的incentive for passing exams吗？一般工作前过几门考试能加多少base pay呢？每
门一千多？两千多？ |

type of outcome typically sought after.
Obviously when opportunity cost is high (150K X 2, Tuition, lost time at
very high hourly rate), the incentives need to be even higher, so you face a
much higher hurdle than say a KPMG auditor who makes $45K a year.
