1、看车:开始没有决定什么时候买,慢慢看。几个月前开始看,预算在20000-25000,
主要集中看经济型compact size SUV,试驾了VW tiguan, Honda CR-V,Toyota RAV4,
Subaru Forester,Chevy Equinox, GMC Terrain,Ford Escape。GMC Terrain和Chevy
Equinox是马甲车,个人感觉更喜欢Terrain,不过GMC偏贵点,没考虑。Equinox和
Escape(2013)感觉不错,基本配置普遍比日德要好,不过美车新车也不便宜。Toyota
RAV4不是很喜欢,Honda CR-V新款那个大屁股...虽然很实用,不过确实不怎么照顾大
多人的审美。Tiguan很不错,只是后背箱的空间。。。Forester最开始看的是2012,开

2013 Chrysler Town and Country Touring + UConnect 430N CD/DVD/MP3/HDD/NAV
option + 1 year free service at dealer $26500 OTD (最后出门价,包括车价,tax
, title, fee等所有乱七八糟的东西)。提车的时候车上显示有10 mile。
过程:昨天本来口头说$26000,今天再去,dealer不认账了。懒得和他们磨蹭,告诉他
们$26500是我的底线,转身走人。Dealer追出来,说有商量,叫我等下。过了一会,报
了个$26900。我直接说no deal,转身就走。Dealer只好说好吧。说明几点:
1. 我这个价格是包括了$2750 incentives from Chrysler和$1500 dealer给当地某些

it is 3400 off. Actually gm cars have easy bottom line pricing calculation.
go to gmfamilyfirst.com find the current incentive.
bottom-line price
(MSRP-destination)*92% + destination - all incentive - 1000 pv (some have
2000 pv for qualified leasee) + ttl.
I choose equinox is because it is one of the two cars that I could get

乎一个?
我不会觉得比你贵就买亏了,但是我同意楼里那位朋友的话:我买东西,至少要买我舒
心,不要大呼小叫的,不要把我当no brainer 看。
比如第一封internet quote就说没有空间,goodbye. 我还收到20000+的,说是best
price的。
比如我问有没有这两种incentive,他们说没有!我们已经包含了所有的incentive了!

都已经进入最后阶段了,我问能不能把我要的车的specifics说出来,他们说自己来看
!现场那么多我怎么知道你会要哪台车,而那台车上又配了什么?!这不是唬人么?其

成困扰的才是真忽悠吧?
买车很简单,
用下面的计算公式
invoice(车行进价,kbb,edmunds可查)
+dealer adds(车行加级的配件,可以在网上查到配件价在加一个人工可以推算大概成
本)
+dealer pack(车行行话,你要问how much is your dealer pack,车行会认为你是懂
行的,指运营成本分摊在每一部车上的价格,包含场地费,水电费,员工工资什么的,
不要以为新车给你洗好车再给你是免费的,钱也算里面了,美国没有免费的东西。这个
钱总共一般几百块,和holdback差不多)
-incentive/rebate(车厂给的优惠政策)
然后乘本州的汽车消费税,可能和购物税不同
再加doc fee,title fee, license fee,registration fee 等于开走的价钱,
如果注册在外州,可以不交本州tax和lincense.
再减holdback(每卖出去一辆车行从车厂拿的反点,consumer report付钱后可以查,这

部分算作你的down payment。因为那个是厂家一次性给你的,所以你的down payment=
1450+incentive.
他们复利怎么算,估计你一时半会也弄不清,你反正就记得等式两边平衡就可以了。你
要finance的部分是15000,你把你的月供乘以月份,算出来也应该是15000.
我感觉你现在最大的问题就是你的incentive被“加到”你的otd上面算作你贷款的总额
了!但是应该是“减掉”。 |

公司员工优惠的合作车厂有Ford,可以享受xplan的价格,外加incentives的折扣,所
以现在想选Ford。以后家里想一辆大suv一辆小sedan的配搭,如果都是ford的话就是
explorer和focus了,由于刚工作没什么积蓄,所以先换一辆,但没选好是先买
explorer还是先买focus。
今天第一次去dealer,感觉sales态度很差,他说除了xplan的价格减去incentives,没
有任何其他优惠,还说所有dealer都是这样的fixed price,真是这样吗?
然后问的2014 explorer,本想买乞丐版,但现车里没有那么裸的,最低的一辆MSRP $
32985(含了destination & delivery fee),看了下spec,是4WD加100A的package。x
-plan的价格是31806.62,再减掉2000的incentives,最后是$29806.62,加完其他杂费

incentive是可以和xplan叠加的,但是有些incentive如果有特殊注释就要看清楚。比
如有个750 private cash的不能和aplan价格叠加
x-plan价格不算最好,只能算一般。最好的价格是aplan的价格,比xplan还低一两千。 |

相对MSRP, Invoice大约是7%off就是93%MSRP。
这个就是dealer拿车的成本价。
除非特殊情况,dealer是不会在invoice价格之下卖车的。
所谓多少多少off MSRP/Invoice,其实都是车商因为各种原因内部降价了。这就是各种
你查得到或者查不到的incentive和rebate。有些车既有给owner的rebate,又有给
dealer的rebate,还有incentive. 你能拿到的最理想价格,就是invoice减去所有的
rebate和incentive。
那么dealer的利润从哪里来?答案是车商给dealer的所谓BPO rebate(这个rebate和
上面说的促销降价rebate的不同)
这个rebate是车商根据销售状况给出的奖励。rebate大约5%-6%MSRP。
按6%算吧。只要一个月全国dealer卖出去了X辆,车商就把6% X给全国dealer分。
达成目标的就给,达不成的就没有,rebate给其他达成目标的dealer按销售额比例分。

是11k off MSRP.
2. 前两个都是lease cash. 第二个好像只有加州的能拿到。第三项$500是conquest

3. 直接买的话可以拿$7500的tax credit, 但是要自己报税。加州rebate也要单独申请

但是舒适度提高到9/10,评价是跟其他同级minivan一样了。同时第二排座椅的折叠功
能稍逊,不能在装有儿童座椅的情况下像纯汽油版那么方便进出第三排。单个第二排座
椅56lb,需要额外空间时貌似只能拆下去,不能向前折叠?(这点有点不确定)
不考虑汽油版incentive的话,after$7500之后,插电版价格比同配置汽油版还便宜。
但是汽油版一般可以拿incentive,而那些incentive一般不能用到电车上。我估计真正
OTD价格还是汽油版能便宜几千。 |

是进货价 但不代表车行不会比这个价格更低卖给你 亏本卖车的车行比比皆是
另外厂家有时候有incentive 那么这个invoice再减去incentive 相当于“新”的进货价
好比一辆车进货价是2万 但是这个月车厂有1000的 incentive 12月10号结束 那么10号
前的进货价就相当于19000
也就是同样的车子你2万买 如果车厂10号前卖给你车行就赚了1000(当然这是个比喻,
实际上车行抛去各种成本还赚不了这些)如果11号同样2万买了 车行就没赚。
不过你也不必太纠结进货价 因为不管车行再怎么跟你解释 或出示内部财会资料 消费

2. 也有给dealer的incentives, dealer拿到了, 自然会比较愿意在车价上让利.

Dealer Incentive -$1,000
True Dealer Cost $22,250
那好比税是7%好了,尽管有高有低的,其他费用还是500
那么车行成本22250加税杂费=24307 只比msrp低几百,如果没有厂家incentive甚至会
高出来
那一天到晚叫人用msrp-2000当otd买才合理的主儿是什么意思?您不是不反对让车行赚
钱吗?
这么算即便车行开门成本都不要钱车行还是亏钱了啊?非要求车行亏钱卖自己车又算什

vanguard is owned by purchasers of mutual funds.
Others mostly are owned privately or publicly traded , they extract expenses
out of funds for profit. They have conflict of interests.
There is only another comparable company, TIAA-CREF, which has similar
incentive to provide mutual funds which benefit clients.
