eg. regarding allele a, the ratio of homozygotes (aa) among the progenies of a

Usually the recesssively pathogenic alleles are rare, and thus a<<1/8.

中最重要的一个概念是近系小鼠（inbred strain）。Inbred strain 的特点是所有的基
因位点都是纯合的（homozygous）。严格的定义是经过连续二十代兄弟／姐妹交配（
brother sister crossing）的小鼠品系。由于是兄弟／姐妹交配，一旦交配的雌鼠和雄
鼠在某个位点是同样纯合的基因型，以后所有的后代在这个位点都会保持住纯合的基因型
。这样经过多代交配，小鼠所有的基因都会变得纯合。兄弟／姐妹交配是很典型的近亲繁
殖，所以一些有害的隐性基因会显露出来，导致小鼠的生育能力急剧下降，这个现象叫做
inbreeding depression。所以在inbred小鼠出现之前，不少人认为完全纯合的小鼠是不
可能培育出来的。但事实上，只要大规模交配，总能找到能够生育的小鼠，并且过了第八
代之后，小鼠中的有害等位基因往往已经被去掉了，inbreeding depression的现象也随

种也有优势的，这是对个人而言的，当然对整个群体而言，这种近亲繁殖弊大于利吧。 |

，都是辅导员出身，能好吗？最近回天大看了看，靠，图书馆的布置还不如15年以前。
还有就是青年教师学生没有创业的。鞍山西道原来好歹叫科技一条街，现在全变旅馆和
商品房了。天大南开现在已经是市中心了，不再是读书的静土了。房地产压得所有其他
小企业都没法搞好。还是搬到郊外好。我强烈反对inbreeding,会与天大老师同学合作
交流，也愿意捐钱，但坚决不回天大当老师。 |
