我的理解是你海归前是resident,海归后是non-resident,应该是dual-status.你的term
ination date是你海归那天.
你如果选择按照resident报税,你需要把你海归后的国外的收入一样报税,
所以你选择dual-status的主要的benefit就是能把海归后的美国以外的收入免报美国税
.
这个你就需要向irs写一个声明,说明这个termination date是如何确定的.
但是你海归前的收入还是按residency报税(如果你是resident的话).
如果缺了这个声明,irs可以对你在中国的收入(如果有的话)调查(能不能查到就另外的说
法了)最后可以发现你偷税漏税.
当然还有一条就是我理解如果你有绿卡了,除非你放弃,应该一直都是resident报税. |

chool, my guess is graduation year), if you did it before 1999 then you are
able to take the exam, if not, see next paragraph ...
if you are from preventive medicine for undergrad education, try to get a ma
ster degree in clincal medicine and take the chinese clinical licensure exam
ination and get qualified there, and then take USMLE exam here? (refer to

前些天和几位同志在练CS，发现其中也有人也在为CS考试日期发愁，包括有些版上的常
客。其实版上有前辈yeye曾经发了一个帖子，总结的很好，我用她的办法也是两三天就
找到了理想的日期和地点，下面是她的原帖，可能精华区也有，还有加上我一点个人的
体会.考虑到4-7月会有很多CMG考CS，不知道可否麻烦斑竹置顶！

前陣子在電視看到英國校園主廚奧力佛，在校園推廣健康的食物，和冷凍加工肉品、薯
條和雞塊對抗的過程。冷凍加工肉品容易取得且價格便宜，小朋友也喜歡吃。但真正的
事實是這些加工食品添加大量人工調味料，對人體造成負擔，大腦和內分泌和這些化學
製品起化學作用，小朋友注意力容易不集中，過敏和過動等副作用。而且還且還會形成
對這類食物的上癮症狀。
在奧力佛在初期推動健康飲食時，小學生也非常不習慣新的菜色，挑嘴的小朋友吃一口
就把它吐出來，沒有漢堡、薯條、雞塊寧可餓肚子，要不然就是走出校園買垃圾食品大
快朵頤，甚至自組小團體，舉白布條抗議。
推出一個月後學校老師反映，學生集中力提高了，身體健康也變好了，以前到了下午時
很多有過敏氣喘的學生需要使用呼吸器，改新菜單後就不曾在用過了，真是太神奇了。
愚弄全球的食物，這本書揭開危害心智的飲食真相，家裡有小孩的該看看這本書，小孩
的注意力不集中，好動情緒起伏大是否是因為食物的原因；注重養生的也可參考這本書
，瞭解加工食物的真相。
