is that during backswing, my club cannot go all the way up due to poor

in a local swimming club for kids. One month ago, when he first swim in the
try out, he can only swim 32 seconds for 25 yards. As of today, he can swim
21 seconds which is the RED time for his age( BLUE time is 17 seconds). I
don't know how fast can he go if he continues to improve his breathing and
kicking skills both I think having quite some rooms to improve. |

prepare to hit the shot, keep your eyes on the ball, rotate your trunk and
shoulder, such that your chin (?) can touch your right shoulder (if you are a
righthander). By doing so, you rotate your trunk enough to release tremendous
power for your backhand.
Actually, I use a similar approach to improve my forehand. When prepare to hit
the shot, extend your left arm pointing to the direction where you want the

Thank you so much for your kindness.
It seems like only when I deal with my research I read English. Besides TA
teaching and occasionally going to American Church on weekends I spend most
of time speaking Chinese and looking through Chinese website like mitbbs
and wenxuecity.

middle school that i went to, there were not that many chineses around,
almost all of my teachers and classmates were non-chinese speakers. The
only time i was able to speak chinese was during my esl class, there were

years to completely catch up with listening. You can't improve it by simply
listening to tapes. Here are some things that have helped me:
-Listen to National Public Radio (NPR) programs
-Engage in more conversations with native speakers, and mark down the
colloquial usages in your heart
-Improve vocabulary by reading mainstream newspaper --USA Today for one. I
am still keeping a notebook for all the new words/phrases I enco |

basically, after 12-15 times attendance, they will earn all the points, the
last two three classes may not have points allocated, bad students wont show
up if there are no points at the end.(hell they even wont show for points
anyway)
I dont know if this works to improve my teaching evals this semester,but I
will surely come back with an update and tell you guys.
Students nowadays have more power than they know how to use. |

Got more than 15 telephone interviews and more than 7 onsite. None of
them is successful. For some hiring agency, they are looking for the best (
this is the trend in our profession). For some, they hired Americans (they
exhausted every possible sources to do this).
I did make one technical mistake at one big company and did make clumsy
or wrong answers to some behavioral questions at another.

比方说base还有的加么？加个5-10K合理么？签字费和股票和relocation方面有的谈么？
另外对于relocation的不是很清楚。因为base不在US，不知道具体大概会花多少，请问
