检查得严，要的文件多，所以我们都理解。只是有一点很不爽。办的过程中，慧敏打电
话来问，要不要开一个impound account。如果开的话，她可以给$500 rebate。我同意
了。结果开了impound account， 办完refi，这500元就没影了。打电话给慧敏她也不
接，托她公司的人带话更没音。以慧敏的过目不忘，我不相信她记不得了。最后这500
块钱也没给我们，我也懒得追究。做生意讲究诚信，这一点上我不推荐。
刚刚买了新房，正在找贷款经纪。有人在圈里推荐这个慧敏精算子。昨天打电话过去，
人很热情，嘴像爆豆子似的给讲了很多贷款的事情，而且给出了所谓的no point, no

税和保险在impound account里面的reserves不是cost的一部分但是会算到APR的计算里
面去，另外pre-paid interest也不是cost，也会被算进APR的计算中，所以这就是为什
么APR通常比disclosure里面的note rate要高，即使是no cost refinance。 |

我德州的车去年8月卖给中国学生。那车因为漏冷却液不好修，$900便宜卖的。而买家
说是拿给他爸练车。因为第2天要搬到加州，匆忙之下没有时间去办手续。只是把tilte
签了字交给买家，而买家没有当场在tilte上签字。但是我们一起签了个bill of sale.
同时我在官网上提交了个vehicle transfer notification写了买家的信息。当时他强
求把车牌留下，说去注册的路上用。去年底我收到了过路费账单，才知他根本没注册，
一直用我的车牌在开。钱不多，替他交了。我联系他，叫他赶紧去注册。他后来说已经

impoundment。前提条件是all water的例外部分是rivers和streams。
按照你put上来的字面理解，简单就是，所有有形成湖面的，含impoundment，12英寸，
溪流河流10英寸。

发帖数: 35 | 49 今天去看我的车了，在一个impound lot里，是从一个140麦远的地方被拖回来的。惨不忍睹，打个比方，基本上就是一个被吃空的螃蟹壳。有用的东西都被拆走了，座椅，车灯，电动锁，反光镜，电瓶，保险丝盒，发动机盖，减速器盖……以后谁买90年代的accord或类似的日本车，还是买个方向盘锁吧。感觉偷车的人真的很专业，有用的都拿走了，没用的好像都没有损坏，说明旧车零件还是有很大市场的，都形成一条龙服务了。偷偷地把车牌拿回来，算是个纪念。
不知道怎么上传照片？

一点点损伤并且当场开走,其他两车都是被拖走,报告上记录当场没有injury.
本车半保,自己联系责任人保险公司USAA,录了statement,statement当中实说了被撞经过并有脖子痛的症状但没有去看医
生,现在好些了. 之后他们说必须得取得最前车主的联系方式和口供所以暂时还不承认对我的liability.
为减小费用撞车后,车被拖到当地朋友家旁的私人停车厂有扒车牌直到数天前被当地警察拖到impound lot,借口不能长期停
crashed car,估计是看我们外州车牌好欺负.虽然我已将所有材料给朋友并且他也能随时redeem车,但即使出来也没地方停,
又不知道保险公司拖多久. 这下每天都在产生费用,生怕这些钱都要不回来.
而且我和老婆被撞当下几天脖子一直疼,后来好了.不过最近看网上文章说后遗症很可能几个月甚至一年以上才会发现,心里担
心所以想做检查.更奇怪的是今天听USAA人说最前车的人反而claim了injury,我觉得自己更该去看医生.但医生的开 |
