Of course.
There are two kinds of 民主:
1) 形式民主 (a procedure is followed to show the decision conforms to most
of people's opinion),
2) 实质民主 (the decision conforms to most of people's opinion).
Mao did not set up a real 形式民主 (人民代表大会 is not counted).
Mao tried to set up a 实质民主:
a) people's voice can be easily heard,
b) people within a unit form a committee of the unit, and the committee make
decisions for some problems with the unit.

put into iPhone or any product, as much as possible.
For example, the touch screen has to work perfectly.
And because it is a phone that people use outside often, it has to be
readable under bright light outdoors. OLED is only starting to address
direct sunlight issues.
It is also said that OLED such as in Zune doesn't save power unless the UI

一个EXCEL 表格：
纵列：几十家公司的名字
横行：几十个公司经济金融分析方面的参数 这些参数可能有些是dependent or
independent.
有些参数可能是基于其他参数计算出来的
（我试图去查这几十个参数的含义 工作量太大而且都是缩写 我对金融完全白丁
放眼望去都是些GROWTH,RATE, DIVIDENT,EQUITY，RETURN等等 什么的 ）
这些参数都是针对一年的，就是说 一个公司一个参数只有一个点
（本来我想 如果比如有5年的数据我们可以做REGRESSION /MULTIVARIABLES ANALYSIS
可能就挺简单的 但是我们只有一个数据点 ）
我们需要尝试的分析是：
1 哪些参数是 highly correlated, 这样就可以删去highly 参数 把参数的数目减少
2 can a weight be assigned to variables that designates their relative
impo |

新上马的冶金企业的炉子和生产线，我听说的全是进口的。大功率热处理线也是。
一个炉子就不知道多少钱，加上安装调试和维护，我觉得这种项目才是电力电子
方向的金矿。谁有全套图纸，就可以回国直接创业了。
成熟的电路和设备，控制部分和工作部分都是弱电的那些，中国人确实已经做得很好了。
设计基本上是白菜价。国内有经验会英语的人，申请个H1B过来工作的话，出的活很可
能比这边Phd还好。
电机控制也是，功率小的容易。大功率的，例如高速电力火车(地铁)之类的，
国内目前还做不好。
(
另外就是超高精度的常见器件，超高精度时钟，锁相环等等，中国都做不了。
不过那就不是电力电子部分了。而且是美国封锁的项目。
)
这里不少人从张江等地过来的吧，说说国内现在有了做炼钢炉的吗？
也许我的消息过于陈旧了。
