有快20篇了。其中有cell, neuron, Journal of neuroscience, PNAS 好多篇。而且他
1995年就回国了，那个时候国内的环境有多差不用说了吧。这也快20年了。比饶益2007
年才全职回去多了12年。比起培养的中国学生也多多了，算国内贡献肯定不会小。如果
他一直留在国外，成就未必就比饶差。谁把饶益的文章列一列。国内多少篇，总共多少
篇，培养了多少中国学生？

对招海龟的负面影响。some implications:
1. 学校按平均水平出价；above average 不会回；（反证：蔡洪滨？）
2. 设计机制screening,使差的知难而退，从而降低信息的不对称程度；
（tenure tracking的实行使学校招人的顾虑降低，节约筛选成本)
3. 低薪测试你有没有会的诚意；（对偶尔为之有用；
大规模招人逐个谈判的优势下降，因而倾向于统一定价（上财等））
