学习材料中的图片、录像中的内容，所以还不得不点击看看，总共也需要不少时间。不
过有个节约时间的方法，就是先到问题的一页，看完问题再点击“previous”回到前一
页寻找答案，利用IE的“编辑”菜单下“查找（在当前页）”的功能可以快速定位。如
果中途log off再回来log in，得一页页翻过之前做过的章节，不过不需要重新做题就

情况是这样：T字路口， 带stop sign 左转。停足3秒钟后，因为有一大树遮住视线，
看不清过来的车流，于是我缓慢前进，一边走一边观察，直到看清过来车流，确认安全
后再加速转弯。于是 so slow，failed。
当时stop sign停车时候，后面有辆大卡车，在我转弯过去后，它加速超过了我。
在教练指导下，这个路口左转练习过不下5次，没有出过任何问题。
考官是菲律宾女人，整个考试过程5分钟，没有多讲一句话，没有口头解释fail原因，
刷刷写了comment给我关门走了
下来和教练讨论，觉得没有犯错

租车公司提了个大suv出来，小心翼翼的才开了0.3mile，gps也刚找到了信号，然后前
面提示左转，这时左转车比较多前面左转又是红灯，我在最左边直行道，开始大灯变道
，我左后哪个车也算客气让了我下我就挤进去了，则耐大suv实在是太大，我头进去了
右后轮还骑着线就这么露了半个屁股在边上直行道上进退不能。过后我一转过去警察叔
叔就把我pullover了给了张骑线impede traffic的单子。还是哪种没罚款金额要打电话
去问哪种。我上网查了下这个罪名base fine是70刀，要是加上其他杂七杂八的最多是
260刀。我还没打电话去法庭，但先问了下vegas律师代理的费用，某家说收150刀可以
reduce fine,不罚点。我其实马上要归了罚不罚点涨不涨保险都没关系。我其实有点气
不过，当时边上3条直行道空空如也，我又没block traffic，再说头一次开大车谁不得
先熟悉熟悉，就请大家参谋下，我这种情况是找个代理打官司好哪还是自己写信去

1. HOV里限速55mph的情况下车速80mph （这个被冤枉了，因为前面的车一直压着65~70
开，我的车速也绝不过70）
2. 跟前车没保持安全距离 （警车在我后面跟的紧紧的，我也只能靠前车近点，不过车
距还是比警车跟我的车距大）

1. 在55mph的区域开到80mph
2. 跟车太紧
3. fail to maintain in single lane （-.-!）
4. 被pull over的时候试图减速想左靠而不是向右，所以impede traffic flow
5. 同4， 另一个罪行是因为减速而低于限速
罚单有一米多长，感觉是我的罪行罄竹难书了。。。。其实当时速度最多70mph，那还
是因为警车跟的太紧不得不加了加速，3 也是因为路不平想尽量躲开坑坑洼洼的地方，
4 和5确实是自己煞笔了，因为在hov里，第一反应是没在出口不能出去，而且因为第一
次在高速上被抓，紧张了。。。
感觉如果罪名都成立的话哥们的驾照基本不保了，想请教有经验的版友们看看，这个到
底严重到什么程度，有没有必要请个律师呀。。。。

It means exactly what it says. SLOWER traffic keep right. If you are going
100 MPH and someone is coming up behind you doing 110MPH, get the hell out
of the way. That's what it means.
It doesn't mean if the flow of traffic is going 70MPH in a 65MPH zone and
you are doing 65MPH, that you should just sit there and hold up everyone
behind you.

radar探测距离应该远。

我第一次fail，考官的原话是“impeding traffic”，就是等太久了，后面的车按喇叭
了。后面那辆车也是要左拐的，他在后面等得不耐烦了。
可是当时对面一直来车，等了一整个绿灯，然后下个绿灯又是源源不断的来车，当时那
个路口没有左转向灯，我等不到左转绿灯，所以等了很久才勉强过去。 |
