My Favorite Low Carb
and Low GI Foods
By David Mendosa
More and more people with diabetes, myself included, are turning to low
glycemic and low carb foods to help them control their condition.
Unavailable carbohydrates are...fiber.
Some of the low carb and low GI foods that I can recommend to others are
listed below. I have tested almost all of them and note the exceptions.
If you go to a glycemic index looking for very low GI foods you might be

This is a forwarding article from another TT. forum.
My intention to post this article is not about the grip of Zhang Jik or Ma
Long.
It's mainly about how we as amateur should avoid blindly imitate strokes
from world class
player but rather develop muscle memory on our technique by repetitive
training and re-conditioning of our strokes.
Hope everyone finds this helpful.(I assume 99% of the audience here is
considered amateur).

That being said there are some pros whose form and size makes them better
targets to watch: For example Devydenko. He's pretty short, not a big guy,
he doesn't hit the ball weird (cept for his early timing). But overall,
his motion fits smaller built guys like me.
One thing you can learn is watch how they move their feet. See when they
start their movement and what they do to recover after a shot. Maybe not
imitate that but it's good for reference.
Serve is interesting - I like Ro |

if opponent can see your racquet head on the right side of your body, it's
