下，算上CIVIL的才22个FACULTY,ME这种专业，CIT的1个FACULTY还真就不能说能顶一般
学校的2个faculty。由此ME被排到了95还真挺合理的。
再看USNEWS, ME排在第3位！！！我怎么觉得USNEWS突然非常不靠谱！！

LLC 的 source income是从哪里来？
LLC 的assets 在哪里？
从你的case来看，应该都在illinois.那么从法律上来说，你就应该在illinois注册。
税务上面：
llc的公司形式本身就是有税务优势的，分为两种 llc fee & llc tax
llc tax是固定800刀；llc fee是按照gross income amount来分级收费， $250，000一
下都是免费的。
税都已经这么低，你还想要什么避税呢？就算是你在del注册，你的source income 还
是从illinois来，你还是要交。当然，这里买面的很多东西，如果一旦被查，都是可以
和政府argue的，但是何必去找些麻烦呢？再说，就算是请cpa 或者tax attorney代表
你和政府谈，我们的服务收费也不会很低，可能都会超过你欠税的金额，何必呢？
你的第二个问题：
不一定要找你所在“城市”的，但最好是你的“州”的cpa.关键还是要他能合法细心负
责地代表你的利益。

Notre Dame就是一个中国太子党式的人物，靠着家里面有点老底，一天到晚牛逼轰轰的
。Football这东西，到头来是靠除了嘴以外的东西来打的，你打的怎么样，大家都看得
清清楚楚的，Weis 是挺会吹牛比的，只要是Noter Dame 打过的对手都被他说成了大牛
式的人物。
去年的时候，舔着脸，靠老一辈的家底混上了一个BCS game。 Weis不仅不建好就收，
还舔着脸跟espn说不想打buckeyes,说想打rosebowl, 去争全国冠军。结果被buckeyes
给羞辱的连内裤都输没了。Weis见人就拿输给trojans的那场比赛说话，大爷，你让
Stanford给打得像狗一样你怎么不提一下呀。Notre Dame靠着运气打天下，吹牛比，早
晚会把牛比给吹破了。
今年的比赛，人马未动，ND全队都是Heisman的candidate,连给他们端水送毛巾的恨不
得都在电视上混个脸熟。结果比赛一开始，怎么样，全国第二，就赢GT一分，与其说是

发帖数: 260 | 24 今天这场比赛是Illinois近年来打得最好的一场了。和几天前客场输给普度那场比简直
是判若两队。这也从侧面说明了大学球队的不稳定以及BIG内战的惨烈。
今天Illinois最大的亮点是中锋Nnanna Egwu。Egwu有出众的身体条件和柔和的手感，
缺点是球风偏软球商不高。今年Illinois外线超强内线疲软，两场输球都是因为内线被
打爆。Egwu今天16分8板创下生涯新高。他的成长一定程度上决定了Illinois本赛季的
走势。
再说说OSU，Deshaun Thomas依然无解，不过Illinois4号位防守也一向很差。这哥们的
身体条件，如果在NBA打大前的话感觉是没有前途的，还是往小前发展吧。技术是很不
错的，能里能外很难得。另外Aaron Craft也不错，几次抢断很犀利。其他人就没什么
表现了。总体上觉得不如去年。OSU还是无法填补萨林杰走后的空白。当然Illinois也
无法填补莱昂纳德的空白。OSU内线问题很大，被内线不强的Illinois抢爆篮板就很说
明问题。
总之BIG内战跌宕起伏，悬念迭出，鹿死谁手让我们拭目以待。 |

就说这个高速收费吧，明明CHICAGO比土共还狠，可是五毛不看英语新闻，就不知道。
最近ILLINOIS这个收费的事争论的很厉害，IPASS最低收费从40C一下跳到75C，这个接
近100%涨价了。可是老百姓反对根本没戏。当然政府理由基本和土共一样的。但是
CHICAGO的几个着名小将是基本不开车不看/听英语新闻的，估计都是学校里的F1/J1，
所以这么好的素材都放过了。
75C还是IPASS最低收费，很多口DOUBLE都不只，最高是1.95刀。这是IPASS，CASH收费
是DOUBLE的。本来40C的口，CASH是80C。现在CASH最低是1.5刀了。
从我家去OHARE机场，来回50MILE，合80公里，要过355，88，294的6个收费口，新的收
费标准，涨价后收费就要5到8块，和3，50块人民币了，这还是IPASS。CASH收费是
DOUBLE。估计最高可能要100块RMB了。
所以天下乌鸦是一般黑的。老美以前还好，现在DEM控制的蓝州，比土共还狠啊。

刚从法庭回来，是关于超速罚款的事情。其实金额也不大，就200刀出头。主要是那个
警察冤枉我了，超速的是另外一辆车。我想上法庭和法官讲讲，真是判我输了，就交钱
了。而且这张罚单是去年4月开的，那警察都申请了很多次延期，按规定双方只能个有
一次申请延期的机会。反正这是我第四次请假去法庭了。就是想开开眼，看看美国司法
是什么样的。
到法庭后左右看看，就是找不到那个给我开罚单的警察，心里想他不会又不来吧。开始
庭讯后，竟然来了一个不是给我开罚单的一个警察，并且他发誓是他给我开的罚单。我
向法官两次提出质疑。开罚单的和现在在庭上作证的不是同一个人。那个警察对法官说
，他去年掉了很多头发，体重降了45磅，所以外貌不太一样了。笑话，给我开罚单的是
一个20多岁的年轻人，高高帅帅的，一头密密的棕色头发。这位是个40多岁秃顶警察，
就剩几根黄色发红的毛，外貌完全不一样，就不是一个人。妈的，光天化日下说谎。其
