之所以起这样一个标题，是因为这两宗案件有许多相似的地方：当事人都是受到杀妻的
指控，并蒙冤入狱；甚至，如果我们把两个当事人入狱的时间以年为单位计算的话，那
就更加巧合了——都是11年；但这两宗案件又有很大的不同：如果说佘祥林一案的结局
算的上是喜剧的话——毕竟当事人最终洗刷掉了蒙受多年的不白之冤——那么美国版的
佘祥林案当中的当事人就没有佘祥林那么幸运了，至今该案仍是美国司法史上的一宗
cold case；并且该案也成为新闻传媒影响司法公正最严重、最典型的一个案例，至今
仍是各国法学界研究的一个案例。 这个案子，因为我手头收集的资料很多，那就从头

幸福就是慵懒的早晨沉浸在喜欢的音乐和香浓的咖啡味道中。
我喜欢的音乐比较广，从古典交响乐到现代电声乐，从意大利歌剧到拉丁
情歌。我喜欢的咖啡也有很多种，但我对咖啡应该不算挑剔。
我没有去吃酒店的自助早餐。我不喜欢衣冠不整的在人群中排队取拿丰盛
却经常不新鲜的食物。
我叫了一个很简单的送餐： 一杯Espresso，一杯现榨橙汁，一个Cornetti
alla crema。
我在Paganini 的Caprice No.24 小提琴乐中慢慢的喝我的Espresso. 我不
愿意在这个时候去想任何人或者任何严肃的事情。路易斯的笑容却很顽固的
出现在我的脑海中，挥之不去。我有点不知所措，难道路易斯的笑容比醇厚
的Espresso和优美的小提琴音乐更让我迷恋？
我没有在醒来后给路易斯打电话，直觉告诉我和路易斯交往是非常危险的事
情。为什么呢？
因为我要回纽约，他要回马德里？

很遗憾的是，没有形成制度，所以还是人治。
简单的说，高干子女都是精英里的精英，先天条件都很好，做学术一定是可以做的出类
拔萃的。而且也省得别人说闲话，说什么这些人的成就只不过是靠老子什么的。
像李鹏啊朱镕基的子女，就完全可以不去经商当官，可以去做高能物理。或者去研究高
精尖的国防科技，比如说研究如何打航母啊或者开发奸100啊。
如今很多高级领导人的子女都在国外读书，这是一个很好的趋势。但是也有一种可能，
这些人学成后呢，禁不住体制的诱惑，又去搞父母的本行去了。就好像朱镕基的孩子和
女儿，本来是学气象还有社会学的，结果也都半路出家去当什么投行总裁了，这样学非
所用，实际上是对人才的极大浪费。中国实际上很需要研究气象和社会学的顶尖科学家
的。
所以以后是不是可以这么建议。凡是子女是顶尖科学家的，才能当政治局委员？或者当
政治局委员或者地方大员的，子女一律都要去读博士，一年发至少4个A journal？拿不
到tenure爹妈就引咎辞职？ |

另外BT是Prius III的标配吗？dealer说是，KBB也说是，但edmunds上没看到。

9.25%，税前价格大概是$24700，还有0% apr for 3-yr，1st 2 yr free maintenance。
但是最后试驾时觉得减速时电机降低转速发出的高频噪音听着很不舒服，就没下单。
其他缺点：发动机还是太肉了。加速时声音很吵。
优点：匀速时很安静，JBL的音响很不错。
结论：这车只适合部分女生开。大部分司机都会不爽。除非油价涨到10块一加仑，否则
我还是无法接

开了2650 mile，first owner就是这个dealer，据dealer说这辆车一直是被展示的，从
2011年12月开始test drive 或是租了几个月。
给了carfax的报告，也没有任何accident和repair。
