每个ID都在签名上注明ignore list。 这个ID不能回帖给ignore list上的ID， Vice
versa。 如果没注明， 视为弃权。
如有违背， 吊销违背规定的ID。 人没有诚信就不能叫人。
对于那些极端的贴， 版主给予警告， 仍不改正， 吊销ID。
所有吊销的ID应该直至永远。
因为量刑很重，版主应该慎重删贴。 一般而言， 以宽容之心治版， 容忍讽刺贴，容忍某些骂贴， 只要不过火就行。
同时版主给所有ID大赦， 允许任何人来本版， 给Dr.Newbie恢复ID.

Basically there were urgent warnings to get out Saturday, and it appears
many of the residents of Atlantic City, at the urging of the mayor, ignored

review/RFE/NOID,没有‘ignore'这一条，看看律师是有案例支持还是其他依据。
当然理论上USCIS无论何时要无视你（拿你的案子去擦屁股了，比如）都没办法，你只
有找议员如果不行只能起诉，但是看不出升降和ignore有什么关系。

知之名」比较好。翻译仅是个次要问题，主要问题是这个概念的意义我很久以来就没彻底
弄懂，令人脸红的是，以前竟然还曾以这个概念做假设，写了一篇学术论文，登在一个比
较重要的国际期刊上。呵呵，幸好没人可拿张迷和真人对号，我在这边吐自己一个槽应该
不要紧。
人「假无知之名」然后做什么呢？理所当然就视而不见了，人一旦看不清楚世事，就在心
理上自我合理化，在应该有所为时不为，或有所不为时竟为之，做出似乎违反理性的事出
来。从某个角度来讲，其实不是人变得不理性了，而是人理性地选择了一般标准下看似非
理性的选项。行为主体的理性基础从平日计算、选择的层次，转变到另一个与意识与下意
识相关的层次。
好了，别卖弄了，到底想要说什么呢？当年读研的时候我使用这个概念，一样可以说得头
头是道，但是我从来没有深切的体会。这些年来，工作上、生活中，看了许许多多的人与
事，这Veil of Ignorance是个我一再回味而一再叹息的概念。多少戏码就在这个主题下

来这里问一下。家里的Windows计算机system locale设成Chinese PRC, 这样去中国网
站很方便，不过Microsoft Office 12 default font 成了宋体，也不知怎么把它改回
来。
试着将locale 换成English US, everything is OK. 但是一改回来就不行。Office自
身带的Language Settings 一点都不起作用
